WACO, Texas (KWTX) A question about who is paying legal bills for District Attorney Abel Reyna could delay a decision about whether Reyna should be disqualified from prosecuting Twin Peaks biker cases. Dallas attorney Clinton F. Broden, on behalf of his client Matthew Clendennen, of Hewitt, filed a motion in 54th District Court on Tuesday, asks District Judge Matt Johnson to force Reyna to answer their questions or, failing that, to hold a new hearing on the matter.
