On Fox "What's Happening" 10/01/2010 (9:45 am Pst) There was a report about the White House Rating hundreds of government programs that are failures by any measure. The programs are rated from 0% to 100% effectiveness. One of them increased from $660,000 to $147,000,000 in ten years! and it has a rating of 8% (!)
