  • Bashing Boehner: A No-Brainer?

But he polishes his 'integrity badge'. See it's shiny, but off the topic. I haven't heard anyone questioning his integrity other that his Republican primary opponents with no money end up losing their jobs. Pressure from Boehner? I don't know, but this has barely been covered.

The author thinks that all this time has been spent and wasted on Obama's birth certificate and college grades. Really, I thought the time and political capital was wasted on trying to de-fund ObamaCare and forcing the government closue. That was going to destroy the GOP's electoral chances in 2014. Not a word about this, girl (the author) you've gotta get your story straight on how the Tea Party is destroying the GOP>

Exactly, the damage done by the illegal invaders is massive. What's in it for the US Chamber of Crony Capitalists? HIB high tech visas? Is that worth the price? Cheap and unproductive workers? This is what I don't get.

The Chamber wants this so much, they've threatened to cut off the campaign funds for the GOP if they don't pass "immigration reform". Why this and what's their urgency on this? Do they think the illegal invaders will somehow get educated and support the profit system and lower taxes and free enterprise.

Big Business is cutting its own throat by weakening the Middle Class and undermining middle class support for free enterprise, when they see all the benefits going to cronies capitalists, the underclass and billionaires. Will the American middle class, almost unique in its robust support for economic freedom continue to support economic freedom, when it seems to be fixed to benefit those close to government. Lawless government leads to lawless citizens (aka the chumps in the fixed game).

This is about the best defense of Boehner that I've read, which doesn't mean it's any good. In fact, it's pretty pathetic and fails to persuade. This early comment just lit my fire: "Just the sort of speculation that Republicans need in order to take our eyes off the burning issues of the day,..."

House Republicans and most Senate Republicans DON'T have their eyes on the burning issues of the day, unless you define "burning issues" as their own re-election and their own power in Congress and on committees.

The Republican Party is the only political party on the planet that takes as their policy "don't communicate with the voters". Let's look at Boehner, about every 6 months, he's given a tremendous speech of generalities and conservative principles. The problem is that we see no sign that his speeches have any influence on his own actions as Speaker.

Boehner seems more concerned with two things; crushing the Tea Party 75% of his voting base and somehow getting "immigration laws" through the House with a minimum of political damage. Fortunately for conservatives, he hasn't found a way to bamboozle the base into buying into his immigration scheme.

Now, this is why the GOP has earned the moniker of "The Stupid Party"; attack, insult and suppress your own base in favor of "reaching across the aisle", which only means implementing even more federal socialism.

A majority of Republican US Senators donated from their own PACs to Thad Cochran's race in Mississippi. The strategy was to pull out the Democrat Race Playbook and use it against fellow Republican and against the Tea Party. They succeeded in winning the primary run-off with votes of Black Democrats, who will not be voting for Cochran in the General. We've heard all kinds of nonsense from the RINOs about this great "strategy" of reaching our to Blacks.

So a sign of "Boehner's integrity" (which is off topic, the discussion is about his effectiveness) is that Boehner has taken the huge and important step of suing Obama. Wow, fabulous and how brave.

Boehner refuses to use his constitutional authority of the power of the purse to punish Obama's lawlessness. You know, he only leads 1/2 of 1/3 of blah, blah, blah. Boehner's been incompetent in his use Congress's other constitutional powers. We're almost to 2 years on Holder's Contempt of Congress vote. What's happened to Holder and DOJ in the two years? Nothing, they're as out of control and lawless as ever. What happened to Fast & Furious, where the Obama Administration supplied Mexican Drug Cartels (possibly only the Sinaloa Cartel) with thousands of guns. These guns were then used to murder hundreds of Mexicans and at least 2 American Federal Agents. Nothing has happened to those responsible. And Obama supplying the worst of the worst with weapons, including Islamic terrorist groups in Libya and Syria and probably also leading to the Benghazi deaths of our Ambassador and 3 others, easily this could have been over 30 American deaths. American luck and terrorist incompetence saved the 30 Americans. And we're well over a year after the start of the IRS political targeting scandal. The lawsuit will take years, Congressional investigations are taking years with no results. Where's the sense of urgency in Boehner. He holds off on subpoena power for months, he doesn't push the investigations to get off the dime. He ignores that the FBI is actually conducting no criminal investigation of the IRS. What is Boehner doing other than polishing his integrity badge and preparing worthless a lawsuit to hand over his power to the 3rd Branch of government, liberal judges. If this isn't stupid, what is?

What has Boehner actually done as Speaker? His big success was the sequester deal, where he accepted Obama's idea, which cut the deficit to only, only $500 billion. He's now tossed that plan overboard.

Using his constitutional powers, what has Boehner actually accomplished. I've seen this question about Hillary's accomplishments asked of her supporters to hilarious results. Why not ask Boehner supporters, what Boehner has accomplished in 3 1/2 years as Speaker. The only one I see, is his re-election as Speaker by holding his majority that was given to him, not earned, supplied to him by the Tea Party.

Now, a final question, what is more pathetic, John Boehner as Speaker or the House GOP, which has elected him twice to Speaker?

Actually Black and working class Americans have been hit the hardest with the illegal invaders.

They're not immigrants, they have no desire to become Americans. Big Democrat Party wants them citizens so they can eternally elect Democrats. Big Business wants cheaper high tech labor and I have no clue what they want with 10's of millions of non-English speaking, illiterate, uneducable, underclass infiltrators. They never say why they want these people other than "immigration" helps the economy. These 10's of millions of people cost our economy. What's up with the US Chamber of Crony Capitalists?

If you are writing and opining as part of being a Bishop, you have the obligation to educate yourself about the facts of the case.

    1. The "children" are not fleeing due to violence.

2.They are invading because they've been told, that they can stay (and receive all the welfare state goodies) and eventually amnesty.

    3. If they were fleeing due to violence, the bordering countries should help the refugees and the US would also supply funds, so to allow the refugees to return home as soon as conditions allow. On the contrary, the Government of Mexico is aiding the invaders pass through Mexico to enter the US. This is an aggressive act against Americans.

The Bishop is an ignorant fool, not surprisingly, he looks the part.

You know who is never ask their opinion? The illegal infiltrators. They're never asked why they come. They're never asked if they want American Citizenship. They're never, ever, ever asked if they want to become Americans.

They're never asked because the elite doesn't even think of asking them. And they're never asked because the answers won't serve the cause of continual mass invasion by illegals.

Comprehensive Immigration Reform does nothing to secure the border and does nothing to stop illegal immigration.

The illegals are pawns, the American People are pawns of the elitist masterminds, who want to transform this country. Both parties are involved.

You must be educated above your level of competence to believe crap like this.

These people are Darwinists, let's look at logic. If offspring are better off with same sex "parents" (an impossibility, I know, but let's go with it), wouldn't evolution then favor same sex matings? Or send offspring into same sex groupings for raising. Mother and fathers or family units would not exist.

We're supposed to believe that voila, a study shows same sex child raising is superior to mothers, fathers and family.

You have to be stupid to believe this crap.

Buuwaahahahah! Yup, Boehner’s a wolf just circling before the kill. Of course, he has to get off the tanning bed and bar first.

Boehner's taken impeachment off the table. He's taken the power of the purse off the table. He's been piss poor on investigating Obama, just think fast & furious.

In other words, Boehner has surrendered. He got his job as Speaker to stop Obama. He's not doing his job. He doesn't know what his job is. He's out for himself and his cronies, screw the American People, screw the Constitution, screw the rule of law.

And we're told we desparately need to keep Boehner and his ilk in office, otherwise everything's our fault.

The insanity isn't limited to Obama, it's in the heart of the GOP too.

Morons. Don’t tell the wihiners, complainers and professionally outraged that “good-bye” means God be with you. They’ll demand that “good-bye” be banned.
