OK, I put on some kid and stess pounds and need to lose it. The Slimfast diet always worked for me but now I am prediabetic and trying to lose metabolic syndrome weight. I need a meal replacer, preferable a powder that works like Slimfast with much less carbs. The ideal? Powder that blends with milk, low carb, medium protein and medium fat. Anyone?

I have an ENV3 cell phone. I love it as antiquated as it is. However I find I can no longer send picutres to my friends with smartphones and they sometimes cannot send me texts. My Vaio stopped working this morning. The little disk light goes on and on. I took it to this diagnostics guy who said he would be able to tell if he can get it going. My question.
