A few moments ago Senator Chuck Grassley released an updated version of his memo which substantiates his prior Criminal Referral, against Christopher Steele, to the Department of Justice. Last Friday Chairman Grassley asked FBI Director Chris Wray to remove the prior redactions and declassify the underlying supportive documents; known as the “Grassley Memo”. FBI Director Wray did not remove all redactions; but did remove most. Here is the newest version (pdf link here):

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes said the FBI should have opened a counterintelligence investigation of Hillary Clinton's campaign in 2016. On "Hannity," Nunes discussed Republicans' controversial memo alleging surveillance abuses by the FBI, explaining the "clear link to Russia" which led to a FISA warrant to surveil Carter Page. He said the Clinton campaign hired a law firm, which hired Fusion GPS, which then hired "foreign agent" Christoper Steele to dig up dirt via Russians on Donald Trump. The resulting dossier was then used to obtain the surveillance warrant. "It seems like the counterintelligence investigation should have been opened...

Republican Rep. Jim Jordan accused key Clinton allies of helping craft a second anti-Trump dossier and accused them of “rigging the game,” Tuesday on “Fox & Friends.” Jordan was asked about a possible second dossier and said Clinton operatives Sidney Blumenthal and Cody Shearer had paid Christopher Steele to do opposition research, but then told Steele which specific details to include. “The names we keep hearing are Sidney Blumenthal and Cody Shearer — people who have been around the Clintons as being a part of this. But I also think it’s kind of interesting because what it looks like is,...

In 2013 Carter Page was working as an “under-cover employee” (UCE) of the FBI, helping them to build a case against “Evgeny Buryakov”. In March 2016 Carter Page remained their informant pre-trial leading to a pleading of guilty from Buryakov. [Note – Pay close attention to dates, names in descriptions amid all citations] Sources: ♦ In 2013 the U.S. Department of Justice, Southern District of New York, announced an indictment against a Russian Operative Evgeny Buryakov. Many questions remain, but Democrats, including Obama, are probably not going to look good when we get the answers. Some things still do not add up about the so-called Steele dossier, FISA warrants, the Nunes memo, and the hysterical Democratic reaction to it. A Big Deal or a Nothing Deal? 1) Progressives and Democrats warned on the eve of the memo’s release that it would cause havoc throughout the intelligence agencies, by exposing classified means and processes. When no serious intelligence expert claimed that the released memo had done such damage, the official response to the memo was suddenly recalibrated...

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes said Monday there have been nearly "100 leaks" by Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee related to the Russia investigation. After President Trump blasted ranking Democrat Adam Schiff in a morning tweet, Nunes (R-Calif.) said Schiff is spreading a "false" narrative about him and Republicans coordinating with the White House.

Clinton associates were "feeding" allegations to former British spy Christopher Steele at the same time he was compiling the controversial anti-Trump dossier paid for by the Democratic National Committee and Clinton campaign, according to an unclassified memo from senior Senate Republicans who recently made a criminal referral. Those Republicans, Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., had asked the Justice Department in January to investigate Steele based on evidence they say suggests he lied to the FBI about his contacts with the media (a violation of 18 USC 1001) -- or the FBI misrepresented Steele’s...

The biggest of all BIGGER story aspects to the HPSCI Memo, in all coverage, has been overlooked by all Main Stream Media. The Department of Justice FBI FISA request was for “Title I” surveillance authority. This is not some innocuous request for metadata exploration – the FBI said American citizen Carter Page was a “foreign agent of a hostile foreign government”; the FBI was calling Carter Page a spy. “Title I” FISA surveillance of U.S. citizens is the most intrusive, exhaustive and far reaching type of search, seizure and surveillance authority, permitting the FBI to look at every scintilla of...

President Trump will pull the U.S. out of NAFTA and direct the U.S. Trade Representative to engage in unilateral trade deals with Canada and Mexico individually. There is no other possible alternative and here’s why. First, the essential problem with NAFTA was an evolution over time. In its current form NAFTA became an exploited doorway into the coveted U.S. market. Asian economic interests, large multinational corporations, invested in Mexico and Canada as a way to work around any direct trade deals with the U.S. By shipping parts to Mexico and/or Canada; and by deploying satellite manufacturing and assembly facilities in...

Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) appears to be openly disclosing classified information to the news media–after weeks of complaining about Republican plans to disclose such information. Per a report by CNN on Saturday, Schiff, the ranking member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (“HPSCI”) told multiple reporters on Friday that the central claim of the Nunes surveillance memo was “unfounded.” The Nunes surveillance memo relies upon the following thesis: that FBI and DOJ officials within the Obama administration made substantial and material omissions–rising to the level of perhaps unlawful misrepresentations–in front of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (“FISA Court”)...

SHUT IT DOWN. Robert Mueller was involved in many scandals during his time as FBI Director from 9/4/2001-9/4/2013. From the Uranium One scandal to the Lois Lerner IRS scandal, he cannot be trusted to uncover Obama FBI/DOJ abuses targeting President Trump, says Judicial Watch president, Tom Fitton. “One of the things we uncovered in investigating the IRS scandal in getting documents Congress couldn’t get and didn’t want to get was that the Justice Department was working with Lois Lerner’s FBI to prosecute the very groups that Lois Lerner was suppressing through the IRS,” Fitton said. “So think about this, the...

Democrats, media, and the aggregate DOJ/FBI intelligence community are finally seeing accountability. With the HPSCI memo now in the rear-view mirror, and the content in the bloodstream of the U.S. electorate, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley is next. Toward the end of December, the FBI provided the Senate Judiciary Committee, Chuck Grassley, with FBI investigative documents (likely FD-302’s) from their contacts with Christopher Steele. According to most reasonable timing we can discover Steele met with FBI officials sometime around October 1st, 2016. From the U.K. lawsuit against Christopher Steele (pdf here), Steele admits to having shopped the Clinton-Steele dossier to...

We shared a discussion thread a few weeks ago about how the media are enmeshed within the entire story of the DOJ and FBI corruption. The media engagements with the parties swirling around the Clinton-Steele Dossier and DOJ corruption are so pervasive they cannot currently report on the story without exposing their own duplicity. Michael Isikoff found that reality yesterday when he discovered his reporting was being used by the FBI. FBI investigator Peter Strzok and FBI attorney Lisa Page have been shown in their text messages to be leaking stories from the Clinton Investigation, the Trump investigation and the...

The release of the FISA memo is upon us. The four-page document Democrats have maligned as an attempt to undermine the FBI and the Russia investigation alleges egregious abuses, some of which are said to echo that of the KGB. It’s sparked a war between the Department of Justice/FBI and Congress. The White House is now involved, as they’re supportive of releasing the memo. The vote to declassify was held by the House Intelligence Committee on Monday. It passed on a party-line vote. It then undergoes a five-day period in which the president can either support its release or block...

A Democratic memo written to counter a Republican document released Friday claims that the government presented additional evidence that would undercut the GOP conclusion, according to The New York Times. Democrats have claimed key information was omitted in the Republican document, which was based on classified documents that have not been released. Republicans say in their now-public memo that the FBI did not reveal that information underlying a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) request came from a politically motivated source. The Democratic countermemo reportedly claims that the FBI did reveal the source of the information was politically motivated, according to...

Media was set ablaze after the House Intelligence Committee released their classified FISA memo on Friday morning. The unclassified memo shows former FBI Director James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein misled the FISA court. James Comey is unhinged. The fired FBI Director unleashed an angry tweet shortly after the FISA memo was released to the public exposing the FBI’s corruption. Comey also tried to downplay the FISA memo saying, “That’s it?” WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange moved in with a kill shot.

Amid the news cycle of the HPSCI memo release, and considering there could be ripple effects therein, lots of media speculations follows: WASHINGTON DC – Three attorneys representing Rick Gates told a federal court Thursday they are immediately withdrawing as counsel for the former Donald Trump campaign aide, who is fighting special counsel Robert Mueller’s indictment of him on money laundering and other charges. John Solomon, the executive vice president of digital video at The Hill, approached the office of former president Bill Clinton in August with a proposal to conduct paid interviews as part of a new video series for the publication, according to three informed sources. Clinton’s office declined to participate. Securing the former president’s cooperation appears to have been among Solomon’s first ideas when he arrived at The Hill in July. Prior to that position, he’d worked as the chief operating officer at Circa, the general news website of the right-leaning Sinclair Broadcast Group. At other stops along his peripatetic career...

Fox News contributor Sara A. Carter reports newly-released text messages exchanged between FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page reveals discussions about purchasing Apple iPhones to bypass “government collection,” systems. During one of their exchanges, Strzok tells Page, “If I want to copy/take classified, I’m sure as hell not going to do it on this phone.” Carter reports: “According to text messages produced by the committee, Ms. Page and Mr. Strzok make references to communicating with other FBI employees via text message, phone call, email, and voice mail,” stated Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Sen. Ron Johnson, in...
