A Somali immigrant was arrested yesterday for hitting an MBTA bus driver and records show transit cops have locked him up three times for violent assaults in less than three years, officials said. A Boston police officer was shot in the leg Friday by a suspected drug dealer who jumped out of his car and started firing without provocation, an incident that ended moments later when the suspect was wrestled to the ground and arrested, officials said.
