Until this year, though, his line did not include switchblades, "out the fronts" or butterfly knives, all long considered contraband on Wisconsin streets. DEVELOPING: A shooter is on the loose after at least seven people, some of them children, were killed at three different crime scenes in southern Ohio Friday, local news agencies report.

On April 20, the Oklahoma Senate voted 37-9 to pass legislation recognizing that the Second Amendment is a sufficient open carry permit. The legislation, HB 3098, had already passed in the House by a vote of 73-15. According to News 9, the Senate passed the bill via “a procedural move that forces the bill into conference committee” for one final look before it heads to Governor Mary Fallin (R). The gun-control proposals that Mayor Mitch Landrieu will publicly announce on Friday (April 22) include restrictions on who can carry guns, as well as the places and manner in which guns can be carried.
