President Obama said Wednesday that people in "VFW halls all across America" and other places with access to cable news and talk radio have a warped view of the economy.

HIROSHIMA, Japan (AP) -- Every gesture. Every word uttered or avoided. Every person Barack Obama speaks with, listens to and stands beside in Hiroshima. All of it will help determine the success of a trip with huge potential political and diplomatic pitfalls, both in America and Asia. The US military would have been within its rights to shoot down Russian aircraft that flew close to one of its warships in the Baltic Sea, Secretary of State John Kerry says. The University of Missouri's Board of Curators has rejected an appeal filed by Melissa Click, the former assistant professor fired last month after she'd gained notoriety last fall for her role in protests on Mizzou's campus. The board's unanimous decision to reject Click's appeal means her termination has been upheld and she has no further recourse through the university to get her job back. Click had been on paid suspension pending her appeal since the board fired her in February. In announcing the board's action Tuesday morning, board chairwoman Pamela Henrickson said Click has been treated fairly throughout the process.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is upset with his employees at Facebook's Menlo Park, Calif., campus. It seems as though there's a faction of Facebook employees who don't believe that black lives matter and they have been expressing their displeasure by crossing out anything in reference to Black Lives Matter on the office walls. The walls' purpose at Facebook has always been to serve as an outlet for employees to voice their opinions and express themselves. But Zuckerberg is quite displeased with the actions of some of the employees and said so on an internal memo:
