On the first floor of NRA headquarters, a large glass and steel building that looms over I-66 in the ambivalent suburbs of Fairfax, Virginia, exists the National Firearms Museum. It is free and open to the public. After a brief visit, I highly recommend that instead of ever going to the museum, you do what roughly 19,000 responsible gun owners do each year and shoot yourself. It’d be far less painful.

The museum was initially built in 1935 and moved to Fairfax in 1998. Allegedly, it "details and examines the nearly 700-year history of firearms with a special emphasis on firearms, freedom, and the American experience." Really, it's a monument to rash, unreflective violence and willful stupidity.

WOW! Thanks mr. panties-in-a-wad. But, I'm thinkin' I probably won't follow your suggestion to shoot myself. You know like hundreds of thousands do every year. What an idiot. The depths of stupidity found in the liberal mindset is sometimes bewildering.

It makes perfect sense when you understand the embedded psychology in all curricula since 1952—the techniques the Nazis, Mao, and Stalin used on the masses in their “skools” only possible when parents give the minds of their young children to strangers and artificial systems aways from the loving mother and father role model where Common Sensce and true humanism and individualism (thinking outside the group) is learned and embedded (proper rational emotions).

Now we do exactly what they were doing to their children with Common Core/NCLB and Goals 2000, etc.......we are seeing the results of the psychological damage done deliberately on every child that goes to the public school “system” of group (non) think.

Reading “The Rape of the Mind” by Meerloo-—the evil of the humanist John Dewey and the Fabian Socialists-—to attack the minds of children is VERY disturbing and should force ALL people to take their children OUT of the damaging programs. Only Classical Christian curricula creates abstract, coherent worldview-—all other “worldview” is a tribal, emotions-rule, “group” think for our Collective (Mind Control) future of trans-humanism.

Moronic pussy but, yeah, the museum is a bit boring.

I prefer the gun museum in Williamsburg.

“I prefer the gun museum in Williamsburg.”

That’s a very limited slice of time. The NRA museum covers the entire history and in great depth. If you don’t know that much about what you are looking at, you can get a guide to take you through the exhibits to help you appreciate what is on display and why it is there.
