PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Two 13-year-old boys have been charged with sexually assaulting a classmate in a Rhode Island public school bathroom. The Providence Journal reports the boys turned themselves in to police on Monday. Police say the boys lured a 14-year-old girl into a third-floor boys bathroom at Gilbert Stuart Middle School in Providence on June 2 and then groped her.
