What would you do if your child came home from school and showed you the papers of how they were being taught the Islamic faith? I'm not just talking about a history lesson, kids are being taught the Islamic faith by liberal educators and unless you as a concerned parent or community member say something, things only going to get worse.

Liberals have worked so hard to get prayer taking out of the school and now this! Over the years, they have even stopped prayer groups from coming together to high schools and college universities because these administrations did not want to offend other religions.

But now they are teaching our kids the Islamic faith. Is this part of the fundamental transformation that Barack Obama promise? Is this okay with you?

It’s crazy what the schools are doing in this regard.

Question #3 is an easy one.

3. What are some of the teachings of the quran?
Bugger kids.
Bang goats.
Rape women.
Kill infidels.
Bearded males rule over all others.

If there were a decent school administrator anywhere nearby, they would announce with great fanfare that their government-funded school would be offering a confirmation class as well as a baptism class for any students who wished to become professing Christians.

The outrage would be immense.

And then you turn that around on the Muzzies.

Chill out everyone! Snopes debunked this, well, sort of, but not quite. Seems Snopes has been doing a lot of debunking, but not really debunking lately.

If they were being taught the true history of Islam CAIR would sue the school and Obama would send in the Dept. of Education SWAT team..

This is yet another case of parents not caring enough about their children to oversee what the school. Time and time again we see schools out of control and parents doing nothing but picking lint from their belly buttons. Parents own the schools. They are the ones who elect the school boards. They are the ones paying taxes. If you don’t like the way the school is teaching, do something. Vote out bad school board members. Run for school board. Attend school board meeting and make your voice heard. Have face to face meetings with the admin. Organize a PTA. Volunteer at school. Hire on at the school. Be the squeaky wheel. Contact local businesses. Write letters to the editor. Get likeminded parents to do the same.

I did pretty much all of the above. Once or twice a year when ours were in school, I had to right a problem. Most times it only took a few minutes of face time or a couple of phone calls to make them see the light. On the state level, it took 2 weeks of phone calls to legislators from this little nobody to get the votes.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the other articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

Why excerpt your own material?
How comes it to be that you never stick around after posting something that you excerpted to get money for?
Why are you such a pinhead wanker like that?

You use Free Republic as a free advertising tool.. why is that?

Are you some homeless bum on a public library computer?

I assume these are purely rhetorical questions, and that you well know the single answer: This is communistic redistribution of power and influence - away from European, Christian philosophy, and toward all that opposes it.

(Anyway, it’s not Americans United for Separation of Mosque and State, silly.)
