Proposals such as organizing a government-run insurance company are much more controversial, even among members of Congress, Heinrich told Journal editors and reporters earlier this week. Heinrich said he supports the so-called public option ...

Organizers say that by the end on the party which ran from 4 to 7 PM over 7000 people had registered. The crowd was polite festive and orderly. There where people of all races ages and economic classes and everyone of them were 100% AMERICAN and MAD AS HELL about spending and pork! ALBUQUERQUE, NM– Gov. Palin hit back at Sen. Obama during an evening rally in the Land of Enchantment Saturday, arguing that the Democrat is in no place to lecture her on federal earmark requests. The Democratic presidential nominee told an Indiana crowd today that Palin is a flip flopper when it comes to requesting federal dollars for state projects, noting that her recent criticism of the earmark process comes only after years of advocating for earmarks for her city and state. “When you’ve been taking all these earmarks when it is convenient and then suddenly you are the champion anti-earmark...

Yesterday, I wrote about the strange meme that Sarah Palin would exist in a hermetically sealed mayonnaise jar on Funk & Wagnall’s doorstep until the election, and the media would not be allowed to question her. Team McCain issued a reply that amounted to a Bronx cheer later in the morning, but somehow this attack persisted. Last night, though, I received today’s schedule for John McCain and Sarah Palin, which more than hints that the myth of Palin as the Girl in the Plastic Bubble was just that — a myth: Saturday, September 6, 2008 Colorado and New Mexico 10:00am...

ALBUQUERQUE, NM, April 25, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - "I want to save others from the same fate that I was almost put into," said 14-year-old Janelle Bushnell referring to a silent protest against abortion she has been punished for planning at her New Mexico middle school. Bushnell and a friend have been distributing flyers to fellow students at their James Monroe Middle School, encouraging them to wear red armbands and duct tape in protest of the scourge of abortion that has silenced the voices of so many of Bushnell's unborn peers. Bushnell was inspired to protest abortion after learning that her...
