I was out having a succulent Chinese meal when I got the news that Ares Armor was raided. Monderno broke the story earlier today pointing out an instagram released by our friend Jeremy Tuma, the COO of Ares Armor. After finishing up my crab wonton, I figured I would see what was the latest. Here is some video footage from the raid at their new National City store.

This was written by a friend of ours who has been in the mental health field for upwards of twenty years now. It’s in response to our article on “Loose lips can cost you your gun rights”.

Gun controllers and gun grabbers of the intolerant left have long tried to promote this idea that gun owners are a fraternal order of good ole boys. That ALL gun owners can be encapsulated in a caricature of being a bunch of old fat white guys. Nothing could be further from the truth. Personal protection, freedom from tyranny; these are sentiments that translate regardless of age, gender or color.

A Connecticut man revealed shocking comments made by a Branford police officer this week who has openly defended door-to-door gun confiscation. After the tragic Sandy Hook shooting in 2012, Conn. lawmakers mandated that all “assault rifles” and “high capacity” magazines be banned, requiring all in circulation to be registered with the state. Fearing the obvious move towards confiscation, the vast majority of gun owners have refused to submit, with estimates finding less than 13 percent of rifles being registered. Navy veteran and firefighter John Cinque, who made national news after telling state lawmakers he would not comply with gun registration,...

A recently released Pew Study shows the majority of Millennials (born 1981-1996) oppose gun control. The study was conducted January 23 to February 9. In the study, Millennials opposed gun control by a margin of 50-48 percent. Although it's a small margin, WAMC Northeast Public Radio points out it is "roughly at par with the attitudes of older generations."

Arthur C. Clarke's short story "Superiority" made it clear decades ago that overreliance on technology can kill people. "We were defeated by one thing only – by the inferior science of our enemies. I repeat – by the inferior science of our enemies." The story's lesson is that, when national security or human safety depends on a product, that product has to work 100 percent of the time. This applies particularly to defensive firearms, cell phones, gun safes, and automobiles. Dr. Ignatius Piazza of Front Sight reports that Armatix GmbH, a German gun manufacturer, is offering a "smart gun" that...

Second Amendment: The administration's choice to be the nation's doctor in chief views gun ownership as a public health issue and not a constitutional right, and wants doctors to query patients about guns in their home.... ....gun-grabbing advocate Dr. Vivek Hallegere Murthy, Obama's nominee to be U.S. Surgeon General. Murthy is the 36-year-old president and co-founder of the anti-gun group Doctors for America, which advocates ObamaCare and gun control laws. His group, which has been dubbed "Docs vs. Glocks," has pushed Congress to ban "assault" weapons and "high-capacity" magazines.

President Obama entered office promising to restore the sanctity of science. Instead, a fresh war against science, statistics, and reason is being waged on behalf of politically correct politics. After the Sandy Hook tragedy, the president attempted to convert national outrage into new gun-control legislation. Specifically, he focused on curtailing semi-automatic “assault” rifles. But there is no statistical evidence that such guns — semi-automatic rifles that have mostly cosmetic changes to appear similar to banned military-style fully automatic assault weapons — lead to increased gun-related crimes.

Much has been said and written in favor of and opposition to gun control since the Sandy Hook tragedy unfolded. The heinous crime has cracked the half-century-long gun debate wide open, bringing the discourse from the margins to prime time and center stage. On Tuesday, Vice President Joe Biden issued a set of gun control recommendations to the president, and I hope, simply, that common sense prevails. It is not my intention to mitigate the significance of the recent atrocities in any way, nor do I intend to minimize the severity of the events that took place, but I wish...

These women are such massive lying sacks of shit that it is surprising that Bloomberg isn't throwing stacks of 100 dollar bills at them by now.</p>
