Now what? Pretty clear she broke the law in an attempt to disable FOIA inquiries and hide whatever she was hiding from public view. Did I mention she had the Ambassador to Kenya fired during her tenure for doing pretty much the same thing? I like that little detail. Shows real determination on her part. But what now? If she isn't indicted, we have moved into a totally new dimension where outright and provable corruption is permitted by high officials. On the other hand, if she is indicted, we are in banana republic zone where candidates for President are under...

Memorial Day is a day of honor and reverence; it is a solemn day. We must recognize an unfortunate fact of life; that our beloved country was formed and is protected by the blood of its warriors. Yet as unfortunate as this is we can be thankful, because over the years Americans have answered the call every time our way of life has been threatened. None understand this better than those who put everything on the line by signing a contract to serve in America’s Armed Forces. Many honorable men and women paid the price with their limbs and lives....

resident Obama continues to use “dangerous manmade climate change” to justify a massive regulatory onslaught that will “fundamentally transform” America’s energy, economic, business, industrial, social, legal and constitutional systems before he leaves office. The more science batters alarmist claims, the more people realize that plant-fertilizing carbon dioxide makes life on Earth possible, the more China, India and other developing countries burn oil, gas and coal and increase their CO2 emissions to lift billions out of poverty, malnutrition, disease and brutally short lives – the more the administration issues draconian climate edicts. Almost every department, agency and bureaucrat that didn’t eagerly volunteer...

(CNN)The fatal shooting of Kate Steinle on a San Francisco pier last summer -- allegedly at the hands of an undocumented immigrant deported five times from the United States -- became a focal point of an angry national debate over illegal immigration. On Friday, her family filed a federal lawsuit against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, San Francisco County's former sheriff, the federal Bureau of Land Management and the man who allegedly fired the deadly shot. "Kate's death was both foreseeable and preventable had the law enforcement agencies, officials and/or officers involved simply followed the laws, regulations and/or procedures which...
  • Iran and the Taliban Teaming Up to Fight ISIS

President Barack Obama has made such a mess in the Middle East, that radical Muslims who were once at each other's throat are now forced to unite in order to fight off ISIS. Only a few years ago, the Taliban and the Iranian regime were mortal enemies. They are both run by radical Muslims, but the difference between them is that the Taliban is Sunni where Iran is Shiite. This made them natural enemies struggling with each other for regional hegemony. Tehran even went so far as to support the Northern Alliance in Afghanistan: the group that was fighting against...

What’s in the IG Report — Neither Clinton nor any of her senior staff would participate in the IG’s investigation. — Clinton never sought approval, legal or technical, for her unprecedented private email system. — IT staffers and others at State warned her against it. — Had she sought approval, the State Department would not have granted it. — Clinton violated Federal Records laws. — Clinton did not turn over all of her work-related emails. Several (unclassified) were quoted in the IG report that had never been released. — Clinton violated State Department policies and guidelines in place at the...

I have a contractor who works on a property I manage. Super guy. He is in to the local Shriners organization in a big way. I forwarded a picture of him in a parade to the owner of the property. The owner's response was, "He's into all that stuff." Am I missing something? Yes, I have heard about the Masons' connection to the Shriners but all they do to help sick, particularly burned children is pretty ok in my book.

(Title) Stephen K. Bannon to Obama: Why Don’t You Go to Pearl Harbor and Apologize to the Dead Still Buried There? Breitbart Executive Chairman and SiriusXM host Stephen K. Bannon opened his Breitbart News Daily radio show on Friday expressing outrage at Barack Obama’s apology tour of Hiroshima. Below is a partial transcript: I had Japanese partners. I was a partner with Nissho Iwa for a while. They financed my merchant bank for a while when I left Goldman Sachs. I have many, many dear friends in Japan. I’ve spent many years in Japan. I have sailed with the Japanese...

While Sinise is fondly remembered as veteran Lt. Dan Taylor in the 1994 film classic "Forrest Gump," it's the actor's tireless work on behalf of the armed forces that continues to earn him so much praise. "There's only one Gary Sinise. He's in a class all by himself," says Brandon Millett, co-founder of the festival, adding that the actor and rocker is definitely the "Bob Hope of this generation. That's what a lot of folks have called him. And it's so completely authentic."

President Obama came face to face with the horror of nuclear war Friday in a somber visit to Hiroshima, becoming the first sitting U.S. president to tour the site of the atomic bombing 71 years ago that killed tens of thousands in an instant and ushered in the nuclear age. In a sweeping address that reflected on the obligations of humankind, Obama wrestled with the inherent contradiction that centuries of technical advancement have both made it easier to bind people together and given them the capacity for the carnage seen in this city. And he confronted the cold reality that...

SAN DIEGO (Reuters) - Donald Trump brought his message of walls and deportations to the doorstep of America’s busiest border crossing on Friday as the presumptive Republican presidential nominee greeted supporters in San Diego, amid one of the largest counter-protests organized against him. The scene inside the San Diego Convention Center during Trump's speech was relatively placid, while outside demonstrators opposed to his controversy-ridden White House bid marched and chanted, carrying signs criticizing his rhetoric against illegal immigration. Waving U.S. and Mexican flags, more than 1,000 people turned out for anti-trump rallies in San Diego, a city on the U.S.-Mexico...

The courts? Closed most days. The bureau to start a business? Same thing. The public defender’s office? That’s been converted into a food bank for government employees. Step by step, Venezuela has been shutting down. This country has long been accustomed to painful shortages, even of basic foods. But Venezuela keeps drifting further into uncharted territory. In recent weeks, the government has taken what may be one of the most desperate measures ever by a country to save electricity: A shutdown of many of its offices for all but two half-days each week. But that is only the start of...

Hanging onto your wallet is not an option. The feds will find your back pocket. And then there are the other thugs who prey on passengers. Nobody will get home unscathed When you venture beneath the city streets, go through or leap over the turnstile (not recommended . . . a consequence may be a fine, or a broken leg), stroll down the platform to the favored spot where your preferred car will stop, three things can happen. Two are bad. You have a chance to get on the train and reach your destination safely . . . so far...

Billary will flail around using the same Democrat playbook as always and hurl baseless charges through their media megaphone like they did with Romney Back in the days of the peace dividend, “Read my lips,” and “It’s the economy stupid” we were told we got two for the price of one. And we sure did. One president to chase skirts in the Oval Office and one harridan to persecute his victims: Billary, the corrupt couple from Whitewater. Colleges are supposed to be laboratories for ideas where debates are encouraged and a diverse set of viewpoints are welcome. Today, only liberalism is allowed and our students are not being educated, but indoctrinated It happened again this week at DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Another conservative speaker was harassed by liberal activists. In this case, Breitbart contributor Milo Yiannopoulos was not allowed to finish his presentation to a group of students. He was bullied and threatened and his speech was literally shut down by a group of Black Lives Matter activists. In fact, one of the free speech haters...

School students must shake their teachers’ hands or their parents will be liable to pay a fine of up to 5,000 francs, authorities in the canton of Basel-Country have ruled. The decision, announced on Wednesday, comes nearly two months after two Muslim schoolboys refused to shake their female teacher’s hand at a school in Therwil, near Basel, because they said physical contact with a woman who wasn’t a family member went against their religion. The incident caused outrage across Switzerland, not only because it was seen as sex discrimination but because their refusal was considered an affront to an intrinsic...

When Hillary Clinton’s son-in-law sought funding for his new hedge fund in 2011, he found financial backing from one of the biggest names on Wall Street: Goldman Sachs chief executive Lloyd Blankfein. The fund, called Eaglevale Partners, was founded by Chelsea Clinton’s husband, Marc Mezvinsky, and two of his partners. Blankfein not only personally invested in the fund, but allowed his association with it to be used in the fund’s marketing. The investment did not turn out to be savvy business decision. Earlier this month, Mezvinsky was forced to shutter one of the investment vehicles he launched under Eaglevale, called...
