I’m not a super duper Trump fan. If he has committed serious crimes, he is no more above the law than anybody else. However, this not allowing him to talk about it, especially during a Presidential campaign, is third world stuff. This cannot stand.

It’s NOT a “sweeping” gag order. He can still talk about the case in general terms and proclaim his innocence. He just can’t discuss the actual evidence.
Is that unfair? I’m on the fence - I agree that arguing a trial in public is bad. But our corrupt government has been doing that already so the evidence IS already public.
He can talk all day but just not the case. Maybe this will get him to talk issues.

I was tilting towards Desantis months ago although I have always been and continue to be a Trump supporter.
This third world stuff is what is tilting me back to Trump.
As high in the polls as Trump is, how could I truely trust the legitimacy if another republican candidate were to win this primary how could I accept results that were most likely manipulated and interfered with by president Joe Biden and the democrats?
President Trump must be destroyed as he stands in the way of a globalist/ Marxist takeover of the United States. They’re pulling out all the illegal stops to take him down. Pray hard because this is really the last chance to save our nation.

Reading more on this thread I see he can talk generally about the case but not the court stuff. He can say he’s innocent all day long. I’d like to see him talk issues more and let the lawyers worry about his cases.
