President Donald Trump mocked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday for “her teeth falling out of her mouth” during a press conference last week.
Trump commented on a video clip highlighted by Rep. Mark Meadows featuring a reporter asking Pelosi why Democrats did not charge Trump with the crime of bribery.
“Because it wasn’t true,” Meadows pointed out on Twitter.
“Because Nancy’s teeth were falling out of her mouth, and she didn’t have time to think!” Trump added on Twitter:

Trump has ratcheted up attacks against Pelosi as she prepares to put the impeachment vote on the floor of the House of Representatives. The president was charged with two articles of impeachment for abuse of power and obstruction.
In November, Trump said Pelosi was “crazy as a bedbug,” and in December he said the Speaker had a “nervous fit” after an angry exchange with a reporter.

I had the same concern after two extractions. Oral surgeon did the implant. Dentist did the final fit. One implant...two crowns.
Pretty much painless.
At her age implants likely not an option for a number of reasons.
Or she may have had implants, and the implants have failed and she is now reliant on dentures.
You wanna know how I know that the person third in line to be POTUS is suffering from from serious health issues: nobody in the enemedia is asking her pointed questions about her health.
I had a broken tooth removed about this time last year.
The last time I visited the sadist, er dentist, he said I had about a year and should get an implant.
A lot of it is the cost and the other is I dread any kind of surgery and being cut on.
Before getting the broken tooth fixed, we discussed what would happen. All of it was straightforward enough. I told him that he couldn’t knock me out enough with what he uses to make me sleep through the procedure.
He laughed a little and said the person before me never knew anything.
I showed up and he did his bit. Granted I was out of sorts somewhat but I heard every word around me and felt some of the procedure. No pain mind you.
After it was all over and back to normal, I repeated stuff I heard to the dentist and reminded him.
I wasn’t drowsy or anything of the sort within a few minutes of sitting up. After he cleared me to leave, I walked home. It was only a block away. I felt fine.
Your friend’s experience is why I am hesitant.

Depends on the current situation. If we have surplus in US Treasury, there is less need for fiscal conservatism. If we are at war, we need more hawkish military objectives/conservatism.
Currently we are drowning in debt. By any standard of accounting the country is bankrupt with debt 8 times bigger than annual revenues. At this rate the debt will grow at expanding rate because we can not pay back any principle. But no one is doing anything (except perhaps Rand Paul) to reduce spending. I Feel awful for the younger generations who will suffer the consequences.

Why are able bodied adults receiving food stamps and unemployment checks? Singapore has zero such benefits and that policy has created the richest density of millionaire citizens in the world. Every 6th Singapore citizen is now a millionaire, with close to ZERO unemployment rate.
