President Donald Trump mocked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday for “her teeth falling out of her mouth” during a press conference last week.
Trump commented on a video clip highlighted by Rep. Mark Meadows featuring a reporter asking Pelosi why Democrats did not charge Trump with the crime of bribery.
“Because it wasn’t true,” Meadows pointed out on Twitter.
“Because Nancy’s teeth were falling out of her mouth, and she didn’t have time to think!” Trump added on Twitter:

Trump has ratcheted up attacks against Pelosi as she prepares to put the impeachment vote on the floor of the House of Representatives. The president was charged with two articles of impeachment for abuse of power and obstruction.
In November, Trump said Pelosi was “crazy as a bedbug,” and in December he said the Speaker had a “nervous fit” after an angry exchange with a reporter.

Implants do not work so good with old jaw bones. I talk to some of my older golf buddies, and their implants get lose frequently because the bones are porous and brittle with age. Note that implants are supported by screws drilled into the jaw bones.
I also wonder what happens if food particles get between the tooth and the gum.

Yeah, I don’t doubt it, she is pushing 80 but a hundred and thirty mil and she can get good dentures? Man. I got a good upper and lower plate for about $1,100 . Super Strength Poligrip is the best stuff for holding them in.

Besides that, her eyebrows keep running down the side of her face - they’ll reach her earlobes pretty soon. (I’m her age and have a partial, so I can say what I want to. :-) )

Do you think Pelosi can’t have implants because of all the Botox? Why would someone with hundreds of millions of dollars have dentures if implants are an option?

Those teeth might belong to her but they are not “hers”.
You would think with that kind of money she could have at least bought anchor implants years ago. I’m not sure she could get them at her age now. But how much is a tube of Poli-Grip?
Perhaps the issue was that her mouth was not still long enough to ever get implants installed.

Simple fact is bones, particularly on petite women, grow more slowly or not at all in elders.
