President Donald Trump mocked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Sunday for “her teeth falling out of her mouth” during a press conference last week.
Trump commented on a video clip highlighted by Rep. Mark Meadows featuring a reporter asking Pelosi why Democrats did not charge Trump with the crime of bribery.
“Because it wasn’t true,” Meadows pointed out on Twitter.
“Because Nancy’s teeth were falling out of her mouth, and she didn’t have time to think!” Trump added on Twitter:

Trump has ratcheted up attacks against Pelosi as she prepares to put the impeachment vote on the floor of the House of Representatives. The president was charged with two articles of impeachment for abuse of power and obstruction.
In November, Trump said Pelosi was “crazy as a bedbug,” and in December he said the Speaker had a “nervous fit” after an angry exchange with a reporter.

There’s an in between position between normal dentures and implants. With fewer implants, you can get dentures that click into the implants, so that they can be removed at any time and rinsed off, but you don’t need glop to keep the dentures in place.
True. Conservatism is not just one item.
There are social conservatives.
There are fiscal conservatives.
There are military conservatives.
There are environmental conservatives.
And so on.
Federal budget tripled during Reagan’s 8 years.
Federal spending is $1 Trillion+ deficits under Trump so far. Both flunk my test of fiscal conservatism. But pass all other parts of conservatism.
Obama was worse on everything except perhaps environmental issues.
If President Trump were a true gentlemen he would stand up for Speaker and defend her embarrassing denture failure was simply accidental. The 3 Johnny Walker neat doubles she downed before her 10 am presser had obviously dissolved the fixodent on her dentures and caused them to flop around a bit
Totally understandable under the situation.
We just need to be thankful she choose go forgo the fourth double since she probably would have spit her dentures out on a live, nationally televised broadcast.
Think of how badly she would have felt the next day when she finally realized what she had done

Sure, Trump better tone it down or someone might start making fun of his hair. Don’t blame Trump for Pelosi’s lousy dentist.

In my experience, if you adopt one type of conservatism, sooner or later it will bring you into intellectual conflict with one or more of the others. A satisfactory resolution of the conflict with that type of conservatism will require you to accept it.
Those lead you into conflict with the others, usually one at a time, and if you live long enough, you will find that you have adopted them all.
In the end, it is a seamless garment.
0) Find a skilled oral surgeon & dentist who work well together.
1) Surgeon's assistant takes a 3-D scan of your skull with a 360o rotating scanner, to measure your bone density at the excavation site, to determine if you're a candidate for an implant. That is, whether you have sufficient bone – beyond the minimum required – to grow more. If so:
2) The surgeon removes the hapless tooth. Mere nitrous oxide is a sufficient anesthetic.
3) The surgeon stitches up the gaping, bloody wound in your gum.
4) Go home & press an ice pack on your cheek above the wound. About three days.
5) ~ Six weeks later, the surgeon removes the stitches, & schedules an appointment to insert new bone into your jaw.
5.1) New bone sources:
a) "Bone comes in a bottle." Available to oral surgeons from a central bone-dispensing kiosk.
b) Alternatively, new bone material can be harvested economically from the dumpster in back of the Bucket of Blood Saloon in Virginia City, Nevada on a Sunday morning.
6) Next appointment, the surgeon slices your gum open again, & inserts a bucket o' bone into the incision; then re-stitches it closed. You will definitely want total blackout anesthesia for this, after the routine laughing gas for the incision. They will roll you into a recovery room.
7) Three hours later, your spouse drives you home. Lie in bed, applying ice packs for at least a week.
8) When the swelling subsides, make an appointment six months out, to determine if the bone implant took hold, & how much new bone, if any, your body has grown.
9) Surgeon's assistant takes another 360o head scan. Get back in the dental chair & wait.
10) Surgeon pulls up your digital scan, & displays it on a 65" high-res monitor, so you can watch him explain the results.
11) It's disconcerting to sit there staring at a rotatable 3-D image of your own SKULL, while the surgeon traces – with a laser pointer – how much bone, if any, you have grown in a half-year. It struck me that I was staring at a skullfie!
12) If you have grown sufficient bone to anchor an implant, come back next time for the procedure.
13) Surgeon incises your gum again, & screws a titanium post securely into the new bone, using a power tool. Allow ~ two weeks to recover.
14) Dentist fits you for a ceramic crown, using more 3-D digital imaging.
15) Dentist sends images to the Lab for creating the crown. Another three weeks.
16) Dentist secures the crown to the implanted post, & gives you instructions on proper flossing & hygiene.
17) You can resume public speaking.

PDJT loses lots of votes by mocking physical characteristics, even things like dentures. Many people have the same. He should mock policies only.
