If these ‘people’ what communism so badly then give them Tienanmen Square.

Advise them that the troops will be told nothing about who they are, other than they are traitors and terrorists;

All troops will be equipped with armor piecing rounds;

Tanks and APCs will not stop other than a brief change in direction, to accommodate other troops or obstacles which cannot be crossed otherwise;

Bystanders, passersby, watchers on balconies, buses, press people will all be treated the same as the terrorists;

There will be no actual arrests, just plentiful and brutal beatings from which the subjects may or may not recover;

Terrorists that persist and continue to resist will be ‘removed’ permanently;

Other than security and military forces all hospitals and other medical facilities will be closed;

After 4 days and nights of more or less continuous heavy and light automatic weapons fire:

Mechanized forces will then run over the bodies until there is just jelly;

Bulldozers will be brought in to push the remains into piles;

The local fire departments will observe as the piles are torched with military flame throwers;

Fire hoses will be deployed to wash any ash and odd body parts down the sewer;

After which, any survivor who matches pictures taken during the police action, will be arrested on sight and removed as above.

When I was an M113 driver in C/2/12 Cav at Fort Hood in the mid-70s, I practiced zig-zag tactical cross-country maneuvering (supposedly to avoid Sagger missile launches and T60 cannonfire) by chasing jackrabbits and armadillos around the Fort Hood training areas.

The guys in the back hated when I did that ...
