Maybe I spoke too soon. Far from recognizing the masterly statement of President Trump's chief of staff, Gen. John Kelly, in the wake of the brouhaha over President Trump's condolence call to the wife of a fallen serviceman, the left has doubled down on screeching attacks against Kelly, charging him with ever more outlandish epithets.
The congresswoman who horned in on the moment and tried to score political hay from it, Rep. Fredericka Wilson of Florida, has started yelling racism, the last refuge of today's scoundrels. She claimed that Kelly's use of the term 'empty barrel' to describe the contents of her unhinged mind was the same as attacking the color of her skin. The White House, she added, was "full of white supremacists."
The press, meanwhile has focused on calling Kelly a liar, saying an unearthed tape of Wilson's 2015 speech is proof positive that she never crowed about securing the financing for the building that was named after two fallen FBI agents. Actually, it's not proof - no one knows what she was crowing about in the before and after times of it, off camera to officials such as Kelly. Kelly has not backed down from his charge and just the inside-politics nature of it suggests it was not made up. Who would have thought of such a thing if it hadn't happened. It would be far easier to say Wilson was spitting in the punchbowl if things were going to be made up. But this isn't stopping the media from calling it story-over and demanding Kelly apologize.

Anyone claiming “that’s racist!!” is de facto an empty barrel thus proving Kelly to be 100% on target.
Frederica Wilson is not the problem with tbe American political system. It’s the electorate that put her in office.

How can America be racist when just 6 months ago, Frederick’a Wilson was cleaning rooms at the Best Value Inn and today she’s an esteemed congressman from some slum district in (where else) Florida.

First and foremost, it’s the media’s fault. They take advantage of voters’ trust in the media. First presenting themselves as trustworthy, then going about their business portraying sociopaths as angels.
Wilson is now known to be a bald face liar when she claimed to have looked up “empty barrel” in a dictionary and saw that it was therein designated a racist term.
She should be compelled to produce this magic dictionary of hers.

My blood is pretty much “chop suey” with everything from black to Pacific Islander (broadly a mixture of Chinese, Filipino, Japanese and Hawaiian). As time goes on I am becoming more racist by the minute as liberals twist everything that they disagree with into fake acts of projection. At one time I was able to laugh off their stupidity but know I am not proud of some of the things I am thinking.

My family certainly appreciate that Gen Kelly mentioned the movie TAKING CHANCE . We watched it on Amazon Prime last nite and I wish every American would do so as well. Very well done and it is a complete depiction from start to finish on how the fallen military are cared for. Gen Kelly detailed some of the procedure but there is more. My Brother in law was a military escort for awhile and the bodies are treated with respect and dignity from the time they are taken to the military mortuary, prepared for burial and taken home for the family to bury. It is not a maudlin movie but very touching.
Kelly is a fine person, and a terriffic general! criticizing him shows how barren and decrepit is the mind of the democrat party. They are obsessed with anger over Trump’s very existence. They are insane with rage and with hate. It would be very unfortunate if that rage caused them circulatory problems, aneurysms, or strokes, and led to their unfortunate early demise.
