Everyone should send Gen. Kelly a thank you note.

My opinion of Kelly is rising. He’s shown himself to be a standup guy and a fighter. I like that.

You’re welcome.

They have additional themes beyond respect for our deceased Soldiers, but they are still good.

This Identity Politics is a cancer on the political landscape. It is used to create differences between groups with inflammatory results. It does not unify anyone. The more the differences between us are emphasized, the less likely people will feel outrage at their mistreatment.

The left doesn’t really care about race, feminism, gender or the environment when they emphasize the differences among groups. It creates denial of moral failures it seeks to correct. Instead, Identity Politics becomes a method to use groups as tools used to further their real goal which is to take down the American system through revolution.

Agreed! But that said, to suggest that for example, Law Enforcement should not take into consideration these factors as they go about their activities, leads only to “unplanned deaths” among their ranks. So much to say, if you don’t “profile,” you may well end up an unfortunate statistic. That’s sad, but it’s far too true.

“Meanwhile self-destruction is gaining ground on their normal agenda...”

They will never self-destruct, are slippery creatures who can navigate and subvert any system, and who will be the camp counselors in the re-education camps, if they gain the
support of an ever-growing part of the electorate.

IMHO

He should just admit they were bank robbers, not drug dealers, and leave it at that. People appreciate someone who can admit his mistakes.
