I’m hearing the scotus was extremely hard on the circuits over this, one news person characterizing the scotus saying the lower courts were “weird”.

The lower courts aren't ignorant of the law. It's much worse than that. The lower courts chose to completely disregard the law for blatantly partisan purposes. The judges involved should be impeached. It's not even a close call...

Its extremely clear - the President has executive power over enforcing immigration law. No SCOTUS can deny it.

The question is then - what the HELL is wrong with Judges on the Federal circuit courts? Why can’t they grasp these simple concepts? Or do they simply want to play politics and leave the Constitution to others?
