I think they also realize that the lower courts are woefully ignorant of the law and how to apply it when it is challenged. My sense is that they are NOT amused with the antics of the lower courts.

Iam very pleased that they did this...however look how much time has passed since it was first initiated by Trump. Reminds me of doctors deciding to treat cancer but they knew the patient has had it for many months. Pray for all our safety.

Furthermore, I no longer see the need for 94 circuits of political activists wrong blacked robed unelected gods.
It’s time to reform the federal judiciary, or just get rid of it all together.
We do not need an unelected unanswerable super legislature that the elected legislature can hide behind like the clucking chickens that they are.

In the opinion, they recognized that the president has a right to people from entering our country in the name of security. Also, among other things, that the judges went overboard in deciding what his intent was.

The judges in the lower courts are not ignorant of the law. They deliberately misconstrue the law to fit their liberal agenda.
