God avenged the mistreatment of the slaves. The bible knew of sanctioned slavery arrangements, but at worst, this inhered only to the person who was (1) a prisoner of war or (2) voluntarily pledged in service for a finite or indefinite time, in exchange for other consideration. His or her children never were enslaved. When this principle was violated, e.g. the slavery of the Hebrew people in Egypt, God burned hotly against it.
We have an odd new slavery going today, a slavery of the mind. What purport to be black people’s advocacy groups go around telling them that they are dependent on white people — and they then go around wailing about it, pulling others into this satanic vortex. They should be told that they are dependent on God, whatever white people might or might not do.

Well, if they insist upon making it racial, then yes, white people did by and large build this country. They were the vast majority who fought and won the Revolution to create it, they built all it’s institutions, they were the vast majority of settlers and pioneers headed west into the Appalachians and beyond after this nation was created and just about all the businesses up until very recent times were owned and operated by white people.
Does this mean that no one else was involved or played no important role? No it does not. However, if anyone wants to make it racial then be prepared to deal with the facts of the matter, not prettied up fairy tales designed merely to make people feel better about themselves.

European expatriates built the country. African derived slaves helped the Europeans build the country, mostly unwillingly but, as freedmen and free descendants, some willingly and industriously.
I think we need to get it straight that God built America.
White people (chiefly) were the means, as historical circumstance.
We have to be careful about the place we afford to white people in this picture. If they truly are inherently the uber race, then it makes sense that other races are dependent upon them! Cf. Rudyard Kipling’s “White Men’s Burden.” With usurped privilege comes the penalty of the gibsmedats.
God says that’s trash. They (as everybody) should be His burden, but there is one catch. They need to ask Him to take their burden.
In 20 years, non-Leftists politicians will be OPENLY proclaiming that "white people build this country" to thunderous applause of millions.
The Liberals and their Conservative pets will cringe and cry and continue to lose elections.
