Trump is probably getting a crash course in how whole areas of this country would be unpopulated ruins without a stream of people imported to fill the housing, schools, and stores. Our whole system is built on the premise of a growing population, and many areas taking in these terrorists are so bad even the ‘hoodrats are leaving (Newark NJ, Detroit MI, for example). Rather than cut loose a bunch of unproductive government workers, they’re just importing new “clients” and the remaining American zones will foot the bill...

This is ridiculous, because (a) what does it prove? how will it help their wonderful cause? and (b) they can’t afford to lose the airport fares. There are plenty of ways to get to JFK from Manhattan without the little yellow mothers: a very nice bus ride for $18 instead of their preposterous $60 or more, for one. Real cheap public transportation if you know your way for another. Uber, three.

I’m truly sorry you are ill. I live in Jacksonville, Florida. My whole family voted for Trump. I’ve never been to JFK in my life & have no desire to ever fly in or out of that airport. I hope you have a very blessed day.

This ruling only applied to current, legal green card holders. The language in the EO was apparently somewhat vague, so everyone was being banned, which isn't the intent behind it anyway (I don't think). Regardless, whatever the media is saying, the ban is still on for the seven countries in question.
