The judge is unconstitutionally interfering with te war powers of the president.

Actually, the judge’s order prevents people in transit from being sent back to there country. It doesn’t let them into this country:
“A federal judge blocked part of President Trump’s executive order on immigration on Saturday evening, ordering that refugees and others trapped at airports across the United States should not be sent back to their home countries. But the judge stopped short of letting them into the country or issuing a broader ruling on the constitutionality of Mr. Trump’s actions”

A court order wasn’t needed in the first place and I wonder if the ACLU even has standing to pursue anything to do with immigration. I do wonder if these two being ‘detained’ had anything to do with an individual worker, or if customs is now called detention?
