Justin Trudeau booed at disastrous town hall as polls show lowest approval ever
Breitbart ^ | 01/25/2017 | Frances Martel

A poll released Tuesday found Canadians disenchanted with liberal Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, whose approval ratings have fallen to their lowest since he assumed the nation’s highest office. The Forum Poll™, a public opinion firm, released their numbers while Trudeau was visiting western Calgary. Having called for “phasing out” oil sands from the nation’s economy, Calgarians greeted Trudeau with loud boos and, in some instances, barely managed to let Trudeau answer their barbed questions. Forum found that 48 percent of Canadians approve of the job Trudeau is doing as Prime Minister, the first time his approval has crossed the 50 percent mark. “Those are the worst numbers Forum — or any other pollster — has registered for Trudeau since he became prime minister,” the firm notes.

That child Castro is holding is supposed to be the younger brother Michael, born in 1975.

Yes but there was a short lived movement in Alberta once.

Don is a great entertainer and has been asked many times to enter politics but has refused. He knows his limitations. He is also in his 80s but still going strong on his spot on Hockey Night in Canada.

The areas that would be most receptive of a Trump-like policy would be in the interior of British Columbia, in most of the Prairies, in rural Ontario (outside the Greater Toronto area and Ottawa) and in the “heartland” of Quebec in the Beauce, Chaudiere and Saguenay areas.

So, BC has gone over to the dark side?

Too bad; I have some fond memories of a trip there in the early 80s.

If the people of the west wanted to donate to the east of their own volition, that would be another story.

But it sounds like the east has turned into gibsmedats (to use the US term).

It’s certainly better you did that than just cuss them under your breath while pretending, for appearance’s sake to other people, that you didn’t care. The second option is more a Canada phenomenon, if I read things correctly.

The conundrum is resolved by inviting the God of the bible into the picture. “I do the wrath for you!” so to speak.

One of myriad reasons demonstrating that this is wise, is that people are not static beings. Those who looked like they did right, may do wrong in the future; and vice versa. God competently keeps up with these complexities. We find ourselves wanting to hang a tag on a person for all time.

“We find ourselves wanting to hang a tag on a person for all time.”

Yes, true. That’s why John Paul II opposed capital punishment: he said we shouldn’t cut off the opportunity for redemption.

There was a Newsweek magazine cover from the 70s,showing a map of Canada with a dairy cow standing over it. The cow was grazing in the west and being milked dry by the east.

Now, fast forward to 2017, and the only difference is they’re taking more.

We are taxed without representation, wasn’t a war fought over this before?

Combine that with the anti Christian attitude of the east, and I see no reason that good moral Christian men shouldn’t do their duty to separate.

Give them to Canada, and take the Conservative provinces. The resources to be gained far outweigh the loss of some coast heh.

As an Albertan, I was doing some oil and gas for a few months before Christmas. In western PA, WV, Ohio and TN, they all thought I was more American then themselves and those they knew heh.

Thanks for the heads up, the 1st 2 are almost a given, but listening to his sermon energy seems big on his radar and juxtaposed to a carbon tax. Less Liberal than Trudeau? Will he run?

Thanks.

So much has happened with the elites in the liberal/commie/socialist world, that we know little or nothing about.

I have a problem with anyone who wants to take our firearms.

I’m an infanty vet 2PPCLI. I’ve seen first hand overseas as to what happens to people who have their firearms taken away. It’s hard for me to think of a worse evil. Without them, you have nothing and are at the complete mercy of anyone who comes along.

I’m sure he’ll run, but in all seriousness, we don’t have til the next election. We need a no confidence vote before long. We’re already shedding jobs due to his insane policies.

I see nothing wrong with that statement. History is repleat with mass murder. “Firearms” are fairly recent in human history, as is the right to own them for one’s own protection. How Canada intervenes in Our Rights I don’t see.

Registry? Not being able to carry, restrictions on types you can own, it’s all wrong.
