Lecturers who are '60 year old white men' are unable to teach black and minority ethnic (BME) people, students have complained.
The students, who are studying at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), said under-representation of black people among the teaching staff, relative to the student body, made students feel 'isolated', unable to engage with their studies and lecturers.

Time was California law prohibited Communists from teaching in their schools and the indoctrination of seditious teachings in class. Democrats repealed those laws within the past 10 years.

OK, let them self-segregate.
No way can we set up “whites only” anything. But we CAN setup “culturally sensitive education,” “allowing” blacks to be in all-black classes/schools and Latinos the same. After all, Whites and Asians can’t POSSIBLY understand what it is like to be a Person of Color. This is already being demanded in schools across the country. I say give in.
Wanna bet the “leftovers” who were not “good enough” for the culturally-sensitive classes and schools improve 500% or more?

Potentially? Well of course they’re racis’. How else did they attain their positions if it wasn’t off the backs of some black folks somewhere down the line.
I just don’t believe that is the reason they can’t be taught......

Well that explains low grad rates among ethnics, except of course for Booker T. Washington, Frederick Douglas, Ralph Ellison, James Baldwin, Ben Carson, Thomas Sowell, and countless others who managed to learn under racist teachers.
What about a black teacher that has majority white students?
I guess it does not work both ways.
Well, yes, they’ve wanted that almost as soon as there was de-segregation. Now blacks who have the opportunity to go to college want to be illiterate again. What next? Taking up cotton-picking??
