President-elect Donald Trump started his Sunday by going to church, attending services at the Lamington Presbyterian Church in Bedminster, New Jersey.
Trump was accompanied by his Vice President-elect Mike Pence, his incoming chief of staff Reince Priebus and his campaign manager Kellyanne Conway.

Just a few miles west of Bedminster there are several N J counties that went strongly for Trump. Half of New Jersy's counties went for Trump, though they are the less populated one.
The last time I visited a PC-USA church, the preacher started spewing his hatred of Israel in the middle of the sermon.
Just in passing. I’ m Catholic:)
I am from South Jersey and still have family that lives there. There are plenty of Republicans in the southern part of the state, but they are outnumbered by those to the north.

hmmmm- I guess that ups the chances he gets the “Hamilton” treatment...
There are many. All the little towns near me in NJ have a pretty white church like the one in Bedminster. Once thought about a photo series of each one. Bucket list item.

My apologies to my fine, feathered FRiends in New Jersey.
It’s a beautiful church. Built in the 1700’s. Right outside of Trump National. Perhaps George Washington went there too..
Yes.
Quite a few.
Because of the price of land and building in some places they have "church sharing" where you have a service with one group starting at 7:00 am and proceeding in two hour blocks through out the day.
Probably not the case here.

According to this article NJ has the lowest rate of divorce in the nation. NY is #2.
Go figure.
Has to do more with the high cost of living than with any affection for marriage. I speak from experience.
Maybe the title should read, “Trump team trolls PC(USA)” church.
Also with number of Catholics.
In my circle of co-workers, clients and business associates, I'd estimate that no more than 5% of them have been divorced ... and the 5% that I am aware of all live outside of New Jersey.
Like you said ... Go figure. LOL.
wow I have relatives very close to the area too.
