The Kim Dotcom Theory

BEGIN TRANSCRIPT

RUSH: This is Jim in World Series Chicago. Great to have you on the program, sir. Hello.

CALLER: Thanks, Rush. I appreciate it. I think I can connect a few the dots here for you on the FBI investigation. Let me give you a little background just very quickly. Your question: Why now for the FBI? WikiLeaks has been releasing these emails and they have been progressively getting worse as they have been going along. But, as you recall, they've only been about Hillary. They haven't been her emails, and that's been the big thing, not her personal emails. Now, there's a guy on Twitter, he's a genius, Kim Dotcom. I sent you an email link of his stuff.

Two days ago, he released a tweet, sent it to Trump, to Gowdy, and Sean Hannity saying how they could -- how he could -- access Hillary Rodham Clinton's email. Step one, go to NSA.gov. Step two, contact Mike Rogers. Number three, ask Mike to go here and input this selector, her email address. He claims that all seven years of emails will be on there in the NSA spy cloud in Utah. He said that the Congress or Senate can get these with a subpoena.

I tweeted out to Senator (sic) Chaffetz I think what was gonna happen is that the Kim Dotcom... These emails were gonna come out showing Hillary's emails. I think that the Obama administration got wind of it, realized that their last chance to get ahead of this would be to have Comey come down now and say, "Hey, we just looked in someplace. We didn't know they were there. She bleached it from her computer," and to get ahead of this... Give you a little background, Kim Dotcom, the entertainment industry alleged because of his mega upload --

RUSH: Hold a minute. We're getting in the weeds here. Your theory is that Comey came forward today why?

CALLER: Because this guy, Kim Dotcom, he's on Twitter --

RUSH: No, no. I know Kim Dotcom has directed everybody to Hillary Clinton's 33,000 emails. So is your theory that Kim Dotcom has enabled people to find Hillary Clinton's 33,000 emails, the Obama administration knows the jig is up, and, to protect themselves, they're sending Comey out to take her out? Is that what you're saying?

CALLER: Well, the jig is going to be up. In other words, if they didn't front load it to come out now, they were gonna release -- Assange, WikiLeaks -- Hillary's emails next week, the actual emails. So I think they're coming out ahead of time saying, "Hey, we just found this place we didn't look at before. The FBI didn't have access to the NSA," or whatever they're gonna say, "and now this is the new stuff, we actually found her actual emails, Hillary's actual emails," which as you know, we haven't seen. We've only seen everybody else's about her. So I think we're just getting ahead of it, realizing the jig is up.

RUSH: Okay, getting ahead for what reason? To protect her, to throw her overboard, to protect Obama? For what reason?

CALLER: I think it's to protect Obama.

RUSH: Protect Obama.

CALLER: He had to cut her off because --

RUSH: So you think that this is about throwing Hillary overboard to protect Obama?

CALLER: Correct, because they realize that WikiLeaks had her emails. They were gonna come out, so they needed to get ahead of the story before the public sees those emails.

No need to postulate or theorize. Trump will appoint a special prosecutor to investigate everything Clinton. Then we will know.

Well if O is throwing her under the bus, I can’t wait to see what it was that Hillary has on him.

I wondered about this for months....that huge NSA data base in Utah....we all know they have every email and tweet and posting we have ever sent.....why not go there for these emails? Are they afraid to admit that there is such a place? A Fed database of ALL our internet postings? Hell, that is nothing new but maybe some don’t know it exists and would be peeved if they found out the government is spying on everyone (Hi government!!)

Plausible theory. Obama is the one they could be protecting, not Hillary. Obama never liked her and we know she doesn’t like him. Abedin’s loyalty may be more to a fellow Muslim than to a drunken criminal like Hillary.

I still think it is more selfish than that. Comey Will be Forced to Resign from the FBI making him an open target should Trump be elected (and He will!). Comedy is trying to look non-partisan in hopes he can stay at the FBI. He needs the FBI security detail, once out = No More Security Detail!

I hope the special prosecutor is Mayor Rudy.

Once he locks them all up, he can continue as Attorney General.

I would not get my hopes up about finding her emails in an NSA database.

There are laws against spying on Americans. NSA cannot do that; NSA cannot keep archives of Hillary emails.

The exception to that is that government agencies archive all emails sent on government computers. This is not for spying, but for legal purposes. If the employee is not doing his/her job or uses the government facilities to commit crimes, the emails add evidence to the government employer’s claims against the employee.

I have no doubt that Hillary’s 33,000 emails are stored somewhere, but not by the NSA (unless she emailed the NSA). They are stored on the servers of everyone who received her emails. They might also be stored on the servers (possibly in archived format) of the internet company that handled her connections.

Interesting.

Lets see what Wikileaks dumps the next few days. It may provide credence to this.

Obama is not throwing Hillary under the bus. The emails are irrelevant since the media is controlling the narrative and can bury this. They have for two years and they will do it again.

This is Clintons next play. They are demanding “transparency” from the FBI. They need to legitimize the FBI because if Clinton becomes President, a corrupt FBI will cause an outcry among the people. Basically, this is a scripted, tested and implemented strategy and it will work.

But the question remains, how does some dumb schmuck from Jersey know this and everyone else doesn’t? The answer? Wi-fi. A 1/2 billion dollar political campaign with their own plane doesn’t take off with their wi-fi out. They didn’t want the syncophants in the back of the plane to get the news while they were in the air. Which means they had to know about this before they took off.

And one more thing. How did the entire MSM start bemoaning the “transparency” defense before Clinton even made her statement?

Yes folks, this was planned. Question is, what is Clinton looking to gain from this?

“They are demanding ‘transparency’ from the FBI.”

It’s theater. Hillary knows that the FBI is prohibited from providing information about an ongoing investigation. She’s just saying this to make her appear to be transparent. If the FBI were able to throw information out there, she wouldn’t be making these demands to know what they have. They absolutely cannot share, and she knows it.

The controller can only succeed to the attempt that the controllee assents.

The interwebs attempt to distort the story by prioritization tricks a la Google page rank, but curiosity killed the cat and will kill an overly curiously acting political movement.

There are ways that people who begin to care to get around the system and not buy the official dog and pony show.

Or it’s ego, and Hillary really is falling into the script of the doomed dictator.

Assange did email a couple of days ago that he was going to release emails next week that would put hillary in jail. So far, Assange has only released emails from other people like Podesta. Next week, he could be releasing the actual hillary emails. With the FBI’s recent actions, everyone will want to see those emails if they come out next week.

We’ll see.
