I would not get my hopes up about finding her emails in an NSA database.
There are laws against spying on Americans. NSA cannot do that; NSA cannot keep archives of Hillary emails.
The exception to that is that government agencies archive all emails sent on government computers. This is not for spying, but for legal purposes. If the employee is not doing his/her job or uses the government facilities to commit crimes, the emails add evidence to the government employer’s claims against the employee.
I have no doubt that Hillary’s 33,000 emails are stored somewhere, but not by the NSA (unless she emailed the NSA). They are stored on the servers of everyone who received her emails. They might also be stored on the servers (possibly in archived format) of the internet company that handled her connections.
