Vanity: Here is why I think accepting the election results is a news story.

It's not Trump's answer that should be in the news. It's the question.

The fact that the media felt the need to ask this question says a lot. What it says to me is that the liberals are already planning to steal the election via fraud and that they are pre-spinning. They are trying to box Trump into a corner before the fraud occurs.

Think about this: How would you feel if your husband or wife asked you hypothetically "Honey, if I cheated on you, would you still stay married to me?" Why would they ask that question?

Fraud is what Democrats do. It is to be expected.

If they do steal it, and it is blatant, I bet nothing is done about it. Our pitchforks will be shiny and clean in storage.

Why would they ask that question?

Good question.

Why did you?

It’s maddening that the news media and pundits are pretending like election fraud has never been a issue.

How about 1960 Kennedy vs Nixon?

How about Al Franken’s senate election when tons of ballots kept showing up in car trunks and Franken was ultimately declared the winner?

How about Obama’s elections in which 110 - 120 percent of the electorate in multiple counties voted for him? Obvious fraud.

This bears repeating:

I’m going to steal that, just in the reverse order.

The GOP has already said that they will accept the results.

I take that to mean they will not be helping Trump with lawyers, guns and money , even where there is a legitimate challenge to be made.

Makes it even more clear why they never challenged any results in the past where their Selected Loser could have picked up Electors.

The Bloviator is hammering on it right now. I’m changing over to the MLB playoff game.

I’m waiting for this to turn into a formal RICO situation. The Democrats and the media are clearly colluding to rig the election, through propaganda if possible, and through blatant fraud if necessary. They aren’t even being subtle about it.

It’s mind boggling that the news business and, really, both major political parties just think this is how business is done.

Simply and obviously criminal.

Well they never asked Romney that question even though they planned and likely executed plenty of vote fraud in that election. The reason they have asked Trump is because he has stated the election is rigged.

By making that bold statement, Trump has brought election fraud into the forefront and it is now being talked about everywhere. A great move on Trump’s part and hopefully it will help to deter or at least reduce vote fraud this election.

Other than Bush, who was never behind, I can’t think of any instance of a Democrat losing a recount.

They just keep recounting until they find enough and toss out enough so that they win.

You’ll lose that bet CT.

I’m not going into my chains quietly.

And I can guarantee I’m not alone.

I’m childless, divorced, and have nothing left lose to save my life...which is without value w/out LIBERTY.

Election fraud should be a capital crime and punished accordingly. You gotta make too expensive for anyone to even consider it.

I see it differently. While I think the political establishment is trying to box him in, I thinks its a more genuine concern about political legitimacy. Which the establishment craves.

DT done good on several levels by telling them to go eff themselves.

Very much so. Talking about legitimacy forces at least a passing discussion of fraud which most people believe goes on.
