New National Poll Tells Different Story Than Media Narrative(Moreover, Trump Leads in 3 Nat. Polls)

"... this guy is a completely different ..."

A new poll shows Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump leading Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.

The USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times Daybreak tracking poll, which tracks Americans’ support for the presidential candidates on a daily basis, showed Trump leading Clinton 44.3 percent to 43.6 percent as of Friday.

The poll, which unlike other polls tracks the same population over time, represents a significant comeback for Trump, who as of Aug. 14 was trailing Clinton 46.3 percent to 41.6 percent.

Although the Real Clear Politics average of polls shows Trump trailing Clinton by about 6 points in polls taken between Aug. 1 and Aug 24, Trump campaign manage Kellyanne Conway recently told the BBC that Trump’s numbers are due to “cherry-picked polling numbers that are put out there by media outlets that are also bent on his destruction.”

Evidence of Trump’s improvement in the polls was also found in the latest Economist/YouGov poll. ...

Further, the poll showed that Trump is now supported by 84 percent of Republican voters, up from 75 percent.

The more people know about Trump, the more they like him. The more people know about Hillary, the more they dislike her.

There’s still lots of time for this recipe to work.

Rush belongs to a Country Club, Trump owns a dozen of the best Country Clubs in the world. Egos are fragile things.

Pray America wakes

RushRINO has been GOP-Establishment for many, many years.

RushRINO supported “full throated conservatives” who embraced amnesty/NO BORDERS - i.e. Lyin’ Ted and Lil’ Marco

From Quinnipiac:
Tot Rep Dem Ind Men Wom Yes No (yes / no college)
53 14 88 52 48 57 48 38 = Trump strongly unfavorable
46 81 9 52 56 37 54 59 = Hillary strong unvfavorable
Hillary gets more strongly unfavorable rating from college educated and from non-college educated. The only reason Trump comes out more unfavorable is the strong Dem weighting for likely voters (e.g. 100% black turnout)

They are looking out for themselves , covering all bases. If Trump wins they will spend four years going after him. If Hillary wins they will go after her as a third term for Obama. I despise all of them and stopped listening. Although I shut down Beck a long time ago.

the old media and the establishment (all aligned with keeping their own power) will be BRUTAL in their endless TDS.

It is all psychological operations.

We can win this without Rush,Levin and Stabby the Clown. These three are old and don’t realize we don’t need them. Jeff Kuhner has the right tone and fighting spirit. I switched to Kuhner and I’m not going back.

Even though Rush has always said he would support the Republican candidate, what I hear from him now is the same kind of neutrality he projects during primaries, as if he doesn’t have a dog in this hunt. A couple of days ago he opined that he’s a radio guy, and he avoids tying his future to any one candidate.

If Hillary wins, you can say goodbye to conservative talk radio, in which case I guess Rush will have to take over the AirAmerica franchise — apparently with no regrets.

Trump is a competitor.

Trump is a winner.

It’s not in his nature to lose.

I can’t fathom that he’s gone through all this to lose to that corrupt woman.

Trump will win.

Somewhat Related Prediction: Expect Trump’s new hotel in DC to open in September before the first debate. My belief is that his aggressive build schedule for this hotel anticipated his Presidential run.

I’m stuck in a blue state too, but I don’t care. I’m chomping at the bit to vote Trump.

You hit the nail on the head, this is an existential crisis but the other side thinks everything is just fine. I see two options, Trump wins or I continue making preparations.

I wonder if the now near 50% early voting makes a difference.

If heil Hillary can “bank” the stupid voters then it will not matter what comes out in the future.

No one was on the Rush thread today except an occasional Cruz troll.

You’ve put your finger on exactly what’s wrong with Rush’s broadcasts since Trump triumphed over Cruz. Perfectly said.

I think the media wants the race to appear tight to the end because it increases viewership.

I noticed Rush plays up the supposed bad polls for Trump nearly everyday, NOT just today. Rarely reports the good Trump polls.

I was running errands all day today and missed most of his show.

No loss.

Rushie still has his man crush on Ted Cruz. Someone needs to tell this a$$ that the primaries are over.

Rush CLAIMED to be neutral during the primaries, but he was not.

First he was for “full-throated conservative” Rubio, then the “Reagan-like” Ted Cruz.

I wouldn’t have had a problem if Rush endorsed Cruz during the primaries....we all had our preference during those long months. I just wish he was honest about it. It was obvious because of the way Rush treated non-Cruz supporters on his radio show.

I guess Rush figured he would lose all his non-Cruz listeners if he endorsed the junior Texas senator formally, but we all know who he favored.
