Even though Rush has always said he would support the Republican candidate, what I hear from him now is the same kind of neutrality he projects during primaries, as if he doesn’t have a dog in this hunt. A couple of days ago he opined that he’s a radio guy, and he avoids tying his future to any one candidate.
If Hillary wins, you can say goodbye to conservative talk radio, in which case I guess Rush will have to take over the AirAmerica franchise — apparently with no regrets.

Rush CLAIMED to be neutral during the primaries, but he was not.
First he was for “full-throated conservative” Rubio, then the “Reagan-like” Ted Cruz.
I wouldn’t have had a problem if Rush endorsed Cruz during the primaries....we all had our preference during those long months. I just wish he was honest about it. It was obvious because of the way Rush treated non-Cruz supporters on his radio show.
I guess Rush figured he would lose all his non-Cruz listeners if he endorsed the junior Texas senator formally, but we all know who he favored.
Face it folks Rush isn’t the bright young star on the talk show horizon. The guy is old and large. There is no fight in the old dog. He is mailing it in. You can hear it in his tone. He is like the quarterback on the sidelines who has been benched. He was more excited about the Apple fix today. We have an old man. We loved you Rush,but its over.

Beside that, if he doesn’t know he has. I future if she gets in, then he’s off his game. She’ll go after talk radio and shut it down pronto. He won’t even be fondly remembered for abdicating his role in nit being against her in this race. That’s what people expect of him. He’s built tgat reputation whether he thinks so or not
