A new poll shows Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump leading Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
The USC Dornsife/Los Angeles Times Daybreak tracking poll, which tracks Americans’ support for the presidential candidates on a daily basis, showed Trump leading Clinton 44.3 percent to 43.6 percent as of Friday.
The poll, which unlike other polls tracks the same population over time, represents a significant comeback for Trump, who as of Aug. 14 was trailing Clinton 46.3 percent to 41.6 percent.
Although the Real Clear Politics average of polls shows Trump trailing Clinton by about 6 points in polls taken between Aug. 1 and Aug 24, Trump campaign manage Kellyanne Conway recently told the BBC that Trump’s numbers are due to “cherry-picked polling numbers that are put out there by media outlets that are also bent on his destruction.”
Evidence of Trump’s improvement in the polls was also found in the latest Economist/YouGov poll. ...
Further, the poll showed that Trump is now supported by 84 percent of Republican voters, up from 75 percent.

Yes, he consistently downplays anything positive about Trump. And he used to claim he was a friend. A typical fair-weather friend. And to think how he talked up the awful McCain despite disliking him!!!

Rush makes no TV appearances, writes no books, long since abandoned his TV show, and sees the web as just a huge pay wall.

He certainly is mailing it in. He needs to start a technology show since that appears to be his uppermost interest now. That’s ok; people’s interests change. I’m now in culinary school after years and years in theater. Things happen.
But don’t denigrate the Republican Party’s nominee. To do that is EVIL.
Rush is basically an establishment stooge. Would rather see Crooked Hillary win over Trump. Those are all his buddies. Sad to say.

Not Trump, but Trumps people should be doing the same to Hill. She doesn’t do press conferences because she “knows” she can’t answer the questions. Pound her 24/7 on it and a half dozen other issues.

If he's watching CNN his full attention is not on HIS show.

Rush may not be aware of these polls? They certainly are not seen much in the prevalent, anti-Trump, main stream media.
If Rush can’t get it up to fight the Clintons then the poor guy is a zombie. Someone wake Rush up it’s the Clintons big guy.
Reuters/IPSOs showed Trump down 12 to Hillary yesterday; today he is only down by FIVE points in the same poll. Reuters claims Trump has gained seven points on Hillary in three days. This ain’t over.
Reuters/Ipsos on their weekly poll started out as a plus +18% Dem over R in early July or late June. Then a couple of weeks ago, they changed up their methodology to keep Shill in the lead after Trump attrited her BS lead. They keep their polling a moving target to benefit the lame duck Hillary.
Evangelicals didn’t come out for Mormon Romney.

Trump needs to keep pounding Clinton. The best defense is a good offense particularly when she provides Trump with so much ammunition. And just throw a little bit of charm for good measure.
