US Attorney General Loretta Lynch has recused herself from deciding whether Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton will be charged in the classified email investigation, following outrage over the AG's private Monday meeting with Bill Clinton, the justice department announced Friday morning.
The announcement comes in the wake of accusations that the Obama appointee has a conflict of interest in the case, after she met with the former president on her government plane while on the tarmac of Phoenix, Arizona's Sky Harbor Airport on Monday.
Lynch will discuss the decision during an interview on Friday morning at the Aspen Ideas Festival, an anonymous DOJ official said.
Normally, the AG and other DOJ officials would have the final say in bringing charges in an investigation, but Monday’s 30 minute meeting is thought to have led to the change in protocol.
Although Lynch stressed the two did not discuss official business, she was accused of impropriety and and urged to recuse herself.

She says she will accept the recommendation. A Clinton will not be indicted by this administration, therefore there will be no indictment. She is guilty. Therefore they got to Comey.

Apparently, they’d have you believe the same FBI that is telling the local authorities to withhold all information regarding “The Pulse” shootings (contrary to Florida law).
The same FBI who allowed reporters to cavort and rummage through the San Bernadino Muslim Terrorist’s home when the crime tapes were barely hung. The same FBI (along with the ATF) that let a siege situation at Waco go from a simple arrest to a conflagration that murdered dozens of children via accidental fires. The same FBI that allowed FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi to walk free after sniping a mother with an infant. The same FBI that allowed the authorities up in the Northwest to shoot down an old man in the snow (in the back, records will show if they ever are released).

Lynch wanted no part of this, and was looking for an out.
Even if they try some other tactic to help her skate, if Comey says indict she's torpedoed politically.
The Clintons tried a blatant strong arm on Lynch so she threw up her hands and walked away. It backfired big time on Billy and his parade-float wife.
She didn’t recuse herself, just agreed to accept whatever decision came down.

Lynch works for Obama/Jarrett and J hates Hillary. Maybe Obama too.
O/J both would prefer Bernie Sanders to be the candidate, and remember, he NEVER really conceded.
All it would take is a few hundred superdelegates to change their mind in HIS favor for him to get the nod.
The tarmac meeting with Bill was to warn him what was coming, and to get his advice.
I think something really BIG will be dumped about 4:30pm today, plus a TON of distracting smoke-screen along with it.
and on the eve of Independence Day, no less.
