Or, Barry is planning a scorched earth policy which can do noting but burn him since he will be pulled in as a witness and/or un-indicted co-conspirator. b) Distances America's allies
c) Strengthens America's enemies

e) Serves islam
f) Harms Israel
Or some combination of the above.
