In the wake of the Orlando attack, gun sales are spiking across the country. Hunters Warehouse, a Pennsylvania-based online gun store, has sold 30,000 AR-15 rifles since the shooting. In Oklahoma, gun sales have spiked due to security concerns, with locals buying firearms to protect themselves and their families (via The Oklahoman):

I wonder if they include a shotgun as a “rifle”?
30,000 sold by a single vendor. I’d love to learn how many Cabelas sent out their doors.
30,000. Nah, that has to be a typo.
Barack Hussein Obama. . . greatest gun salesman in American history bar none!
Gun sales do not jump because of some blood thirsty barbarian moslem kills people, gun sales increase because greedy DC tyrants threaten people’s civil rights to keep and bear arms.
Nope. Shotguns are listed by themselves and totaled 308 homicides in 2013. Here’s the link if you want to use the info. Of course libs don’t care about facts.
I know I saw an updated chart the other day with 2014 as the most recent data. Anyway...........
Whats left unsaid is that liberals buy guns too. They’re contributing to these impressive sales numbers. So, before you do The Happy Dance consider that people you view as mentally unstable are arming up.
I read the other day that Gander Mountain was SOLD OUT!
How many AR and other black rifles are in public hands? These are and have been the most popular and the most rifles sold in existence. These black rifle owners have to be at least in the tens of millions and aren’t just republicans. Nobody bought them only to have them restricted or banned. The dims are really stupid here.
Lurker,
Me and a buddy went to the Cabelas in Kansas City yesterday. We both walked out with a shiny, evil black gun.
The guy at the gun counter told my buddy that they have sold @ 200 AR’s this past week.
I used my Cabela points to obtain a new Gen 4 45 Glock. The wife and I were originally planning on getting one of those evil, black shiny pellet stoves but after all of this political BS we decided to add another sidearm to the stable.
That’s ok. We have seen them shoot on youtube.
I think there’s 1 or 2 too many zeros in that number.
I’ve heard this for several days. Saw it on The Blaze.
Went to the FFl’s website and it is a basically a 2 pager. If they’re selling 30,000 AR’s, they must have about a thousand people in a call center somewhere and are ordering from manufacturers and drop shipping them around the country to other FFL’s per federal law.
I call foul on this claim by Hunters Warehouse.
Prices 'have' been coming down on ARs for a while and there WAS a good stock of them at online stores and otherwise. I had been trying to scrimp some cash together to purchase a nice one while the prices and stock were right. Not now.
With their typical gun control blather, Hussien and the democrats have managed to "clear the shelves" once again. I expect prices to adjust as well. Also expect another run on ammunition.
FUBO
:) thats a true fact :) The down side is that you might not get shot but everyone around you will be.
Bellefonte is in the middle of Penn. Pop. 6K. Just thought I’d put that out there...
They always (deliberately) miss the point on this. It’s not the Orlando shooting....it’s the WEEKS of 24-7 “gun-grab” talk that follows, that spikes sales.
Gun Shop Sells 30,000 AR-15s in Week Following Orlando Attack

Its been a week since the terrorist attack on an Orlando nightclub that left 49 dead and 53 wounded. Since then, the sale of AR-15 rifles has soared in gun stores across the country, Fox Business reported.
Hunters Warehouse Owner Tom Engle told the FOX Business Networks Stuart Varney Saturday that his online gun shop, which carries an inventory of 300,000 to 400,000 weapons, has sold 30,000 AR-15s since Sunday.
“300,000 to 400,000 weapons?”
From looking at their website, I can understand how the inventory could be off by 100,000. Bet that really impresses BATFE. /sarc
