How many states have TRIED to reel in abortion issues to have it overturned by leftist judges???? And correction, the frivolous lawsuits were filed before Trump ran for President, not after.
Trump has never mentioned anything about a La Raza connection. He has only mentioned that the judge was of Mexican heritage, that is not good.
In class action suits, I believe substitution of plaintiff has been successfully done before.

Actually since the judge’s parents were (or still are for all I know) MX citizens at the time of his birth, he is a dual MX/US citizen.
