It seems that court decisions are not always consistent.
Not ONE of them has probably ever practiced law. Even if they went to law school.
There’s a well known activity among actual, practicing attorneys called “JUDGE SHOPPING.” Attorneys who operate in the courts, especially federal courts, SHOP to find a judge who they perceived as ‘friendly’ to their cause. Well, what is ‘friendly’ to their cause, if not bias?
How is it we know most SCOTUS decisions will have Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan voting one way, while (May he rest in peace) Scalia, Alioto and Thomas are consistently on the other side. Roberts and Kennedy line up more often with the latter, but not always. As we well know.
Judges have bias. I’d guarantee that in his District, attorneys representing Hispanic clients seek out “friendly” Judge Curiel. So why shouldn’t someone like Trump look for another judge, and bring out J. Curiel’s bias?
These politicians who are wringing their hands are simultaneously displaying their ignorance. And/or trying to pander to that particular minority. Bunch of phonies.
The pressure on the San Jose police re their allowing LaRaza thugs to terrorize and act Trump supporters has resulted in the arrest of 4 of the thugs.
