Trump to surrogates: Don’t back down from criticizing judge, journalists ("Those are the racists")
thehill.com ^ | 6/6/16 | Ben Kamisar

Donald Trump urged his supporters during a Monday conference call to defend his controversial accusation that a federal judge is unfit to rule in a Trump University fraud case because of his Hispanic heritage, Bloomberg reported.

Trump was defiant, despite the rash of criticism he's faced from Republicans and Democrats alike, according to a description of the call to Bloomberg by two supporters who participated.

"We will overcome," Trump said. "And I’ve always won and I’m going to continue to win. And that’s the way it is."

He went on to declare that his surrogates should specifically target journalists who are bringing up the issue.

"The people asking the questions — those are the racists," Trump added. "I would go at 'em."

When former Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, a Trump supporter, told the presumptive GOP presidential nominee that the campaign's surrogate handler specifically emailed about steering clear of the controversy, Trump bristled.

"Take that order and throw it the hell out," he said, repeatedly demanding to know who sent the memo, Bloomberg reported. When told the memo was sent by Erica Freeman, a staffer who sends information to surrogates, Trump said he didn't know her, Bloomberg reported.

"Are there any other stupid letters that were sent to you folks? … That's one of the reasons I want to have this call, because you guys are getting sometimes stupid information from people that aren't so smart."

Trump has repeatedly questioned Judge Gonzalo Curiel, arguing that his Mexican heritage makes him biased in the case because of Trump's plan to build a border fence along the Mexican border.

Instead of walking that back, he doubled down over the weekend, floating the prospect that a Muslim judge might be similarly biased against him and unfit to preside in a case he's involved in.

Yep. I really agree with all that you said.

He needs to argue the facts instead using “labels” in his defense of his situations.

He keep waiting for him to call some world leader a poopey head.

Trump needs to focus on the La Raza membership. It’s an Hispanic supremecy group. Not the Mexican heritage per se.

Look, proof that he’s of Mexican heritage means nothing so drop it and push the La Raza connection. That’s more than ample material to work off of for weeks. Force them to live by their own rules. It’s in the Alynski book.

I’m pretty sure it IS an ethnicity, not a race. Whatever it is, should Trump be considered German or American?

Good thing I am not a Trump surrogate. In spite of my total support for him, he has no right to order me to say that the judge is biased simply because of his ethnicity. Shame on you Donald if that is truly what you are saying. I would be too loyal to both Donal and the truth to say that. Fire me.

Wrong. Being Mexican is not a race, it’s a national origin. It’s no different than being American or Canadian.

Trump said he is Mexican. Being Mexican is NOT an ethnicity. It is his country of origin. Do you consider your ethnicity American? Words have meanings.

I am confused. Judge Curiel’s nationality is American, race Caucasian, ethnicity Mexican. No?

Each justice or judge of the United States shall take the following oath or affirmation before performing the duties of his office: "I, ___ ___, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will administer justice without respect to persons, and do equal right to the poor and to the rich, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform all the duties incumbent upon me as ___ under the Constitution and laws of the United States. So help me God."

(June 25, 1948, ch. 646, 62 Stat. 907; Pub. L. 101–650, title IV, § 404, Dec. 1, 1990, 104 Stat. 5124.)

So here we have a Judge, supposedly taking the above oath, yet he supports and promotes ILLEGAL immigration.

What part of the word ILLEGAL does a judge disagree with?

Definition of ILLEGAL-

adjective

1. forbidden by law or statute.

2. contrary to or forbidden by official rules, regulations, etc.:

The referee ruled that it was an illegal forward pass.

noun

3. Informal. illegal alien.

So you have a judge who take an oath to uphold the laws and yet he is for and promotes ILLEGAL immigration.

Judge needs to recuse himself NOW.

Definition of RECUSE

verb (used with object), recused, recusing.

1.to reject or challenge (a judge or juror) as disqualified to act, especially because of interest or bias.

verb (used without object), recused, recusing.

2.to withdraw from a position of judging so as to avoid any semblance of partiality or bias.

Waiting for someone to expose how THIS particular judge was assigned to Trump's case. Clintons diabolical hands are all over this interesting set up of an Illegal Immigration supporting judge assigned to Trump's case.

The judge refers to himself as Mexican and he supports Illegal immigration.

Key word: ILLEGAL

A sitting judge who has gone on record stating he does not side with the law.

True. I did say ethnicty and stand corrected. Please sub word Mexican
Oops. Now what? Judge is American.

So we should say Judge is biased because of his Mexican heritage?

Nope, that should be my line - I just asked an honest question, and you're the one who apparently felt violated.

The judge is biased because is a member of subversive Mexican groups who want our borders erased, promote illegal activity, and threaten American citizens.

Judge refers to himself as Mexican.

He is biased because he openly supports ILLEGAL immigration.

Again, a sitting judge who has sworn to uphold the law is on record on numerous occasions in support of breaking the law. No one knows YET how he was assigned to this case, but it’s pretty obvious Clinton coordinated his assignment.

He is biased because the plaintiff in the lawsuit said in writing that they were with the Trump course they had enrolled in. Trump provided the documentation at the appropriate time, expecting the case to be dismissed as it is a frivolous lawsuit without merit. In that the person filing the lawsuit actually was very pleased with the course.

Fast forward, Trump runs for President and this person files a suit.

Then it is discovered that the plaintiff wrote a positive letter about how pleased they were with the course prior to Trump running for President.

Judge refuses to dismiss the case, allows the plaintiffs attorney to remove the original plaintiff and go shopping for another plaintiff. Judge accidentally releases sealed information.

Judge is CLEARLY biased and a political Clinton operative.
