If obama and loretta lynch (I never capitalize peoples names whom I despise) don’t indict can they also be indicted for obstruction of justice under this same Rico Act charge when President Trump is sworn in?

“highly classified national security secrets...”

hahahahaha

So, you think it’s funny? You have obviously never handled national security information. When and if the FBI finally gets off the dime and acts, you will see the adverse implications it had for the country which falls under the crime of treason. Remember, keeping a personal server was, as she has said, ‘for her convenience,’ which properly interpreted means to conveniently conceal her crimes. She did not give a damn about what damage this criminal act caused to the country.

I should have explained. I meant that her treason lies in having those secrets on anything personal. I believe our enemies and friends alike have them all. All you would have to do is locate the network and get into it. Without a secure connection and military-grade encryption, all of that would be broadcast.

Maybe she sold the access. Maybe she sold the emails one by one.

I read the memo of August 6, 2001. Had I done anything like what she did here, I’d be harder to find than Jimmy Hoffa.

Thanks blueyon. Note also that the Puff Hos have been slamming Hitlery and pushing Bernie, fulltime, throughout the campaign.

Thanks for the suggestion. I read news all day, 8-10 hours, but books are slow going, since I only allot 1/2 hr a day. But I’m making a note.

You are stating a foregone conclusion, but I’ve only gotten 1/5 through at this time — it’s a long book with a lot of unfamiliar (to me) terminology, requiring slow reading. So far, the author has been setting the scene, and is objective about many of Stevens’ missteps, as well as Obama’s extraordinary reversal of prior U.S. protocol and positions in the region.

The memo of August 6, 2001, went out to all military and others. It specified how to handle even public trust, let alone sensitive or classified, information. Emails from outside and attachments became forbidden, as of that date.
