Economy is the most important issue for the voters. Poll after poll voters put economy as the number 1 issue.

Today on CNN John King quoted recent polls.

Overall around the country Trump beats Clinton on economy by 5%: Trump-50%, Clinton-45%

What is really huge, is the fact that in the North-East, the rust belt, Trump beats her on economy by 25%: Trump- 59%, Clinton-34%

This is extremely important as Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan are the most important swing states.

Someone was looking for a picture of Bill looking very sick and they said it had been removed. I think you found it. My 81 year old husband with a heart condition, diabetes and kidney problems looks better than Bill.

I was in Palm Beach between NH and Florida primaries. Total saturation didn’t lay a glove on him. Every spot, every show, all day parts. She couldn’t duplicate that herself.

I am in Arizona, and watched the Trump negative ads here and they were so bad and phony. Every time I saw them I was thinking what gives these ad producer credibility? Why should I believe them. Just because they pay for them and air them does not mean they are truth.

If the “crooked” Hillary moniker takes hold all the ads will be ignored.

I live for Hillary’s concession speech and the look on Obama’s face as Trump is sworn in and he has to stand there watching. What a treat that will be.

That picture and a montage of her laughs needs to be made into a commercial. Do we have any FReepers who can accomplish that task?

"...The media’s going to try blacking him out at some point. He has to be ready for that..."

The media isn't covering Trump because they like him, they're covering him because he sets the agenda.

No matter what shakes out, the media is first and foremost about the money. Any part of the media refusing to cover Trump would simply put themselves at a financial disadvantage. If one arm of the media stops covering Trump, another division rushes in to fill the void (and pockets) and the first bunch lose.

They can't help themselves.

Trump knows the game better than they do and he's four moves ahead of them at dawn every day.

It's great watching them fall apart on live T.V.

Good point, and the media exposure probably explains why negative ads bounce off him. A negative ad only works against someone you don't know. Trump is a very well-known quantity and his nothing-to-hide, make-no-apologies-for-who-I-am attitude is why people dismiss negative ads directed against him as obviously false. They feel they already know the man.

I also suspect we've reached a tipping point in how social media is now demonstrably more effective than TV advertising, and Trump is the first candidate to demonstrate an effective mastery of that new medium in the political arena. Trump accomplishes more with a tweet than he could with a million-dollar ad buy in 6 "key markets". Another reason why he's under-spending his rivals by a lot and still outperforming them.

They’re stuck with her. Think about this. If they do try a last minute switcheroony on Hillary do you think Bill and Hillary are just gonna take that sitting down? There will be hell to pay to knock Hillary from the nomination and we know she and Bill got the goods on all the bigwigs in their party. The Dems are in a real pickle over this one.

NO!

Hillary has learned to deflect charges better than anyone.

Issues that are brought up too far out are said to have been vetted by the time the election comes around.

Let her deal with them in real time about 2.5 to 2.0 months before the election, whey they’ll do damage she can’t deflect.

Tossing dirt at her now will be forgotten by election time.

I thought they were already blacking Trump out whenever he disses Hillary (see other recent FR threads in which the TV stations cut the audio at those times)

"... he will guarantee her an unconditional pardon issued on the morning of January 20, 2017."

An unconditional pardon for what exactly?
You see, that may be the trouble. Accepting a pardon is a tacit admission of guilt by Hillary. Of course she'd accept it to avoid a trial and possible jail time if convicted. The "MSM" would howl about her innocence. But back in the minds of the American people she would be seen as guilty as the day is long. Ruination for her.
