Certainly the continual insulting, ridiculing, and demeaning of those people's preferred candidate and of his supporters--as is done on thread after thread--that is exactly the OPPOSITE way of "trying to get others on board." It only serves to alienate and drive people away from your guy.

Just kidding. That Opus was a bit light. I suggest you simply take some time off, get through the depression that will hit most Cruz supporters tomorrow and then jump on the Trump Train and try to enjoy the ride.
Take a deep breath, let the dust settle. It is good there are differences, even if spiced with some rudeness. No need for the latter, but whatever. If you have opinions, share them! Maybe we will agree but speaking for myself, I would rather hear your opinion, even if different than mine. Heck, I might change my mind and agree with you. End of day, most of us are on the same page—we are all Americans, conservative in one way or another, and none of us want to see Hilary in the White House.
