Did you know, btw, that John King and Dana Bash divorced just a year or so ago? They work so closely together in proximity, it’s a bit of a distraction for me some times, when I think of it.

There careers at CNN have totally reversed. He had a program of his own for years, was the master mind on election returns, long before FOX, and he served on panels in the lead, on several debates. ( I wonder if he got in trouble, forever, after asking Newt those horrific questions about his first wife’s accusations, and who had died already of cancer?)

Now Dana has her show, he has none, she is leading the pundit panels with WOLF, does the debates regularly, and has all the face time on the road, etc.

Go figure.

Piven and her husband taught at Columbia (Economics>). Obama supposedly attended studying Poli Sci. I believe he actually studied with Cloward/Piven learning about their theory on how to transform the US into a Socialist country. That is the reason no Poli Sci. students remember Obama.

Years later both Obama and Piven were on the dais together teaching Alinsky’s “Rules for Radical’s.” Prof.s Cloward and Piven were also frequent guests at the Clinton White House.

Carson won’t be VP. He brings nothing the table. At this point maybe Rick Scott to help deliver FL.

Yes, Scott would be a great choice! Or Newt.
Sorry I for my delay in responding; the theads were going by so fast. I just now happend to look at my pings.

If Kasich hadn’t been running, Trump would have picked up OH for sure.

So its not that much of a setback and his win in MO makes it up for it. Trump will win AZ next week.

Cruz is this year’s Huckabee/Santorum candidate. He’ll win UT and that’s it. He won’t win the nomination with a predominantly religious/very conservative electorate.

And he can’t win a general election.

Wow. When decimal point victories are the outcome, there will be a recount. In such a case in reverse, I’m sure I would want TRUMP to request a recount.

Thanks, flier.

Assuming Trump ends up with the nomination, he said his VP choice would be someone who knows how the federal government operates, how to get bills passed. That is not Cruz. He’s only been in the Senate for half a term, has had no bills passed, and doesn’t get along with his colleagues. Sen. Sessions would be a far better choice. THO neither would add electoral votes to a GOP ticket, so that would become a consideration.

I live in CA. I can only go by the People I know.

Out of ten, eight are for Trump, one is undecided and the last one is a die hard Hillary lover.

Mrs. K.C. is 100% Trump. Before this Election Season, she was 100% Apolitical and just Voted for whoever I did.

After she researched Cruz, I will have a heck of a time convincing her to Vote for him the General if he is the Nominee.

She can’t stand his Holier than Thou Act, his look, his voice and his recent support of the Chicago Thugs sealed the deal for her.

Well, that's news to me! Actually, I like both of John King and Dana Bash.

My gloat/flipping over to Fox tonight was more than I could stand, even during CNN commercials.

Lightweight Journalist Megyn Kelly was looking for ANY opportunity to blast Trump. Now she's got that Dana L. girl on there to help her out on that score.

She's almost as bad as Ana Navarro, but at least Ana's not on CNN acting as an impartial journalist. She's a hack; that's her role. I can accept that.

Trump tweeted a love-note or two to Megyn, so it didn't go unnoticed.

Hmmmmm. Some new numbers at the CNN website. Trump 382093 and Cruz 380367. Trump increased his lead to 1726. Looks liked there are votes still out there.

I’m thinking Ted will definitely demand a recount.

I don't know if you ask for a recount over 12 statewide delegates, unless some of these CDs are close as well. There are a few right now, but Cruz would also put CD4 at risk by asking for a recount.

Not enough left to give a Cruz a win.

One more thing. It will not only be Cruz asking for a recount you can bet the GOPe will want one too. They have to keep Trumps delegate count down at all costs.

Wow, Cruz must be pissed. A virtual tie for first and he get almost a virtual zero in delegates in Missouri. I would be.

It says something when your support is soooo wide spread geographically. Same thing happened in South Carolina where he got only 34? percent of the vote but 100 percent of the delegates. Interesting. I bet the racial make up of those outlying CDs are white mostly? IDK just might be though.

HERE IS THE REAL REASON TRUMP WILL WIN......

OVER 930,000 PEOPLE VOTED TODAY IN THE GOP MISSOURI PRIMARY.
IN 2012......ONLY 252,185 DID.

THAT IS OVER !!!! 300 PERCENT MORE TURNOUT !!!!!! THREE HUNDRED PERCENT MORE!!!!. TURNOUT LADIES AND GENTLEMEN IS THE GOLDEN EGG OF ELECTIONS AND TRUMP IS THE GOLDEN GOOSE.

THE GOP KNOWS THAT IT IS TRUMP BRINGING THEM OUT. THEY MAY MOAN AND GROAN BUT THEY GOPe ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE THAT UP.....unless like some people say they rather lose so they can keep their precious establishment intact.

It seems clear at this point that the TV heads don’t call a close race just to keep their own numbers up. Again, Free Republic gets the news first, as it always does.

Missouri SOS has 100% in with Trump winning by 1,636

CNN has 99% (for the last 5 hours) with Trump leading by
1,726

So far many new agencies have called the race for Trump. But we damn damn well the Canuck Ted will demand a recount.

Surely there is some margin where a recount is required by the Secretary of State (or Election Commissioner or whoever oversees elections). I would think that a margin that small would start an automatic recount.

Nate Silver made a point about the "inevitability of a contested convention." He says he doesn't see it. For example, it looks like Trump will win MO by less than 2000 votes, and yet he'll probably walk off with around 42 of 52 delegates. I think my numbers are right, but it's a big margin in comparison to the vote total. Same in IL, where Trump should take well over half.

Trump has slayed all the GOPe sacred cows. He made hamburger out of Bush Dynasty, Goldenboy Rubio and Beltway Kasich. He’s a rude NE big city guy sweeping the evangelicals and the South. The establishment has never seen anything like this, it’s funny to watch.
