Californians haven't had a chance to officially weigh in on the presidential race, but they're definitely watching.
And they don't seem thrilled with what they see in Republican front-runner Donald Trump.
A poll conducted by Republican strategists this week shows Trump is viewed unfavorably by 65.5% of those surveyed. The numbers get even worse when it comes to some of the most important parts of the Golden State's electorate from middle-of-the-road voters to women and beyond.

I bet Trump wins big in California.
What a year! Winning is losing. Wow.
They are even less hot for Ted Cruz
Donald Trump is ahead of Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich in California. Yet he is somehow losing.
Thought Cruz had the lead there? Oh, I know, Rubio and Kasich will drop out and 100% of their supporters will go to Cruz immediately! And just for good measure Trump will spot him another 10 points. THEN Cruz will show everyone how it’s done.
Californians not of on Cruz, Rubio or Kasich.
So they are “not so hot” for the LEADER in the poll?
What does that mean for those who do ever worse.
How many illegal aliens participated in the poll?
I do not trust the Los Angeles Times.
If it says black, I think white.
If is says down, I think up.
If is says no, I think Trump does just fine.
what if Rubio drops out?
Must be that Common Core LOL
That’s odd. If the polls show him on top, with everyone else behind by a minimum of six points, wouldn’t that make him the “hottest” candidate?
Are stats calculated differently in California?
Not hot? Yet he leads by six?
LOL Funny how they do the headline and the bias.
Trump winning , but not so hot , Cruz and co losing , but no mention of them not hot
Republican Strategist “private poll”?
Are you kidding?
I would not believe this poll for a minute.
What a joke.
I love these unfavorable numbers.
He keeps getting them, and he has more delegates than anyone else.
I just hope he can keep this level of negatives up.
None of this matters. Hillary will be our first woman president because it’s her turn. No way will she lose with the Democrat media managing her campaign.
It’s all about show biz and he’s got the right stuff
