Sunday on ABC’s “This Week,” radio talk show host Glenn Beck likened Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump to Adolf Hitler in an interview with host George Stephanopoulos.

Yep Beck has said he would stab Trump , and now this utter crap!
Cruz it seems will have anyone in his corner to beat Trump. Seems the at all costs for Cruz throws out the integrity in his campaign.
After reading it and observing what we see today, all that is left to say is Caveat Emptor.
Cruz does need to put distance between himself and Beck. If he doesn’t, and he gets the nomination, that’s a deal-breaker as far as my vote is concerned. And Beck needs to be disowned by responsible people and completely marginalized. There is enough craziness already without his crap.

I saw your comments to that effect a few days ago. I am also concerned about the GOP-e’s financial influence over Ted; although, I think he knows they are just attempting to use him. It’s not that I am against Ted; in fact I contributed to his Senatorial campaign even though I live in VA. I just believe Trump is the only candidate in the race that can beat Hillary in the general election.
I do hope Ted distances his campaign from Beck and the GOP-e, though!

Of all the good comments on this thread, there really isn’t much more to be said than yours. Very disappointing that Cruz doesn’t very publicly distance himself from this loon. It’s having the effect of me strongly reconsidering voting for him IF he wins the primary. The stabbing comments and now this? I cannot see any other possibility than Ted and his handlers thinking “hey, if it gets me votes...” So yeah, FUGB!
Like the poster in Post 50, my mother’s side of the family also had relatives in Germany who suffered under Hitler. They were Protestants living in northern Germany. The story that filtered over to the US relatives was that Nazi officials wanted their farm and when they wouldn’t sell, the government flooded their farm and a bunch of other farms in that low-lying area and forced them out and the US relatives never heard from them again. All contact was lost between the two branches of the family and with all the upheaval in the war years, there was no way to corroborate the story.
I stopped listening to beck when I saw that he was certifiably mentally deficient.

How in the world can you determine that, by just looking at him?
He said it in jest. Trump was serious when he said he wanted to "punch __(fill in the blank)___ in the face."
Beck was kidding about violent action. Authoritarian Trump was not.

Trump doesn't handle disobedience well.
A few minutes? I can’t even stand his promos for his show on various stations. He comes out of left field, cannot speak lucidly, and then you never know what the point is in his tangential nonsense. It is nerve wracking listening to him.
