Trump should promise Cruz the SCt nomination. Cruz should drop out, as he will be tied up with citizenship challenges should he get the nomination anyway, and Cruz should spend his energy stopping any Obama nomination.

Then once Trump gets the Republican nomination and Bernie is cut out of the process by the Dem’s dirty tricks, Trump should offer the VP slot to Bernie. Bernie’s followers will then flock to Trump as well because they will be sooo pissed off at that point. Bernie can then check Trump’s messianic impulses, and Trump will check Bernie’s Maoist tendencies. Neither will serve more than one term. Bernie and Trump (through his Russian women) can allay Putin’s fears, and Russia and the US can combine constructively to defeat radical Islamists for good.
