...

Saying that he does't trust businessman Donald Trump ideologically, Viguerie added: "Cruz is the best candidate I've seen since Ronald Reagan and in many ways he's more ideologically consistent than Reagan." His feeling is that with the establishment currently divided across several candidates, Cruz can to rally not just conservatives, but the entire GOP. Viguerie said the GOP hasn't been fully united since 1988 and "only Cruz has potential to unite the party." ...

He needs to take the reigns of the party first. Once the GOP-e knows Ted is in charge, and that he has a national movement behind him, they will change their tune while Ted Cruz is in office.

Cruz unite the party? LOL. Does that include the Washington cartel? What GOP senator has endorsed him?

I doubt either man can unite the party, and I say that as a Cruz supporter. Cruz will have the moderate/establishment wing of the party against him. Trump will have the conservative wing opposed to him, and likely the moderate/establishment wing as well

If we were in Court, and you were under oath, I would aske the Judge to have your non-responsive statement stricken, and to admonish you for not being on topic.
...........................................................
If we were in court and you asked the judge to have my statement stricken OR to force me to answer the question, I would inform you that I will answer the question IF and WHEN you address me in the manner to which I am accustomed.

Already been there and already won. The lawyer was reprimanded by the judge!

Donald Trump has been tearing American down for the last year just even worse than Sanders has.....but they both speak similar language when defining what they intend to do.

I see these three running as Cruz being the Conservative Candidate....Trump the Liberal/Progressive Candidate.....And Sanders the Socialist Candidate.

Pulling back the curtain on the backroom deals in Congress between Republicans, Democrats, and the lobbyists who keep them in office—instead of keeping them accountable—Cruz offers an inside look at what has gone so very wrong in our nation's capital. But he also makes an optimistic case that by reestablishing the principles of our founders, the opportunities for our citizens, and our unique place in the world, we can reignite the promise of America for generations to come.

What Cruz reveals will win him few friends in Washington. Then again, that isn't why he went there in the first place.

Take a look at those few thousand people and SEE the cross section of America looking back at you. Trump has appeal to everyone but the tunnel vision and narrow minded holier-than- thous..

It never ceases to amaze me how a supporter of one candidate makes these kinds of pronouncements based that supporter’s mere state of being.

I know for sure that there are plenty of people more conservative that Ted Cruz. Should we seek them out and run them for president because they are more conservative?

As William Buckley once stated, the most religious Catholic is not the pope.

The candidate who can unite the party/country is obviously the one who garners the most votes.

Obviously, you did not hear the pussyfooter comments at the rally. You did not hear the standing ovation of the crowd. You only have your own closed idea of the matter, which is a bad reflection on the candidate (Cruz?) you support.

Pusillanimous, pussyfooter, pussy, what's the difference? Dubin! Durbin! Man your dictionary!

Did Trump hear "pussyfooter?" So, he wants the woman to repeat it. When she does in a LOUD VOICE, the crowd ROARS with approval. The Donald asks, whenever someone disrupts his speech, "Shall we throw them out?" The crowd yells back "No" and then, as they always do when there is a "disrupter," starts yelling, "Trump! Trump! Trump! Trump!" Trump interpreted that to mean she should say. The crowd roars in approval again. So you tell me. Was it Trump or his yugh rally that saw Cruz as a pussyfooter?

I am very tired of wining elections only to have useless pretend fighters sit in office.

First class example: Mccain, Boehner, McConel, and on and on...

25% of UNELECTED government workers said they would quit if trump was elected. That is a good thing.

Purge the DOJ of closet socialists and purge the leftist DOJ potential judges and we have a good start.

And let’s not forget about this, according to Jeff Sessions, the Gang of Eight bill would almost certainly have become law if it was not for Ted Cruz leading the charge to defeat it.

BS. The Gang of 8 bill passed the Seante 68-32 with 14 Reps voting for it. The House defeated the Gang of 8 bill mainly due to Dave Brat ousting Cantor in the primary. I know, because I participated in the effort on the Hill and helping Brat win his primary.

He only spent five hundred thousand, and spent the next least number of days campaigning in SC. Third! Without even trying.
.........................................................
Been reading your crystal ball again, have you. Third in South Carolina by only spending 500 grand and campaigning the least number of days there, huh. Seems to me South Carolina hasn’t voted yet. And yes, I’d be happy to see him finish third in S.C. since he isn’t even eligible to run.

“Obviously, you did not hear the pussyfooter comments at the rally.”

I heard him repeat what his supporter said, calling Ted a pussy. I saw him mock a disabled reporter, I heard him call Carson a pathological liar and a rapist. I heard him tell companies in Mexico to go f8ck themselves. i don’t need you to explain it to me.

..."And calling Reagan every insulting name in the book"...

Yes they would do just that.....but then we know the more the media and Gope, and demorats go after Cruz just evidences we have certainly picked the right guy. They did the same with Reagan.

Meanwhile this good man continues to do his work fighting against the tide in Washington while also conducting his campaign! He knows well not to give them an inch!

The Secure Fence Act of 2006 was supported by almost everyone including Obama and Hillary. It was neutered by amendments later mainly from Texas politicians, with Kay Bailey Hutchinson dealing the death blow.

Correction, he’s appealing to everyone except those who actually listen to what he says and takes it seriously.
