Issa: FBI wants Hillary, Huma prosecuted in 'slam dunk' case

California Rep. Darrell Issa says the FBI has a "slam dunk" case against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and senior aide Huma Abedin that it's itching to prosecute.

The former House Oversight chairman's statement on Friday comes just days after former Republican House Majority Leader Tom DeLay said his contacts in the agency will "blow the whistle and go public" if Attorney General Loretta Lynch does not prosecute.

I do not think she screwed up. It is possible she set out to launder classified information and sell it by putting it onto an easily accessible platform. In which case she either counted on the fact that she was a Clinton and would get away with it, or she thought she was so smart that nobody would figure it out. This would make her an incredibly dumb person. Though, she may still get away with it.

Another possibility is that she was arrogant enough to try to keep her personal communications away from being recorded as government records and stupid enough to believe no foreign intelligence would notice. Or, she simply does not care what foreign intelligence knows as she is only concerned about what the press and the proletariat know about her.

This is not a person who should ever have access to secrets. Her goal is to win the game at any cost. The game is money and power. She does not care who dies as long as she wins. She is a sociopath.

Well, to be fair, having a convention, or a tradition, or whatever you call it that an outgoing administration should not (in general) use prosecutorial powers to influence the People’s choice of a successor is probably right.

.in fact I think that we may have to get a ruling from the supreme court because Obama pardons her before he leaves office and has been charged for the crime and a republican president then has her arrested and charged. Hillary tries to claim she cant be charged for the crime.

You don't need a ruling from ANY court for that.

The pardon power is plenary, and not subject to judicial review.

Almost all businesses have money extorted from them by politicians. It is part of the cost of doing business in the U.S.

It is done in the form of cash bribes in some cases. More often it is the requirement that businessmen make political donations to candidates. Look at all of the large corporations in the U.S. They all are pressured to make political contributions.

Developers like Trump are particularly vulnerable to political extortion because politicians and elected officials have the power to shut down their projects and cost them enormous amounts of money.

Trump builds things. Politicians extort money from those who build things.

MEMO TO THE FBI There is evidence surfacing that neither Hillary nor her key staff signed the official State Dept exit form required upon termination of employment.

My gut feeling is the Clintonistas didn't sign off b/c that would have cutoff access to classified and other State Dept info......info the greedy Clintons and their cronies rely on to cash-in.
